Stay here specifically for local business, otherwise seek out something else with some better personality, better locati
Pros:

Good location as I had a conference at the Tokyo international forum (10 min walk). New, clean, decent sized room for a big city, amenities good, comfortable bed.

Cons:

I would not stay here for sight-seeing (unless high end shopping is what you’re lookjng for). Impersonal, restaurant not good (breakfast particularly strange). This is a business hotel. There is no warm and fuzzy feel, it’s utilitarian at best.

Pros:

Location and cleanness.

Cons:

At the time of checking out I requested to have 2 pieces of baggage stored for one and a half day. They refused.
I have booked 7 rooms for 2 or 3 days at least twice in the past ( maybe more but I don’t feel like checking ). Very bad business practice to treat good customers like this.

Great hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Our room was a good size with a shower separate to the bath. It was clean and modern and the staff were very helpful.
The location is great with restaurants nearby and very close to the main shopping area of Ginza. It is also close to the subway station.

Overall a comfortable , convenient and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location and larger rooms as compared to those around tokyo area. Very Convenient honestly, you get LAWSON, FAMILY MART, IZAKAYAS, SHOPPING all within the vicinity. Not mentioning starbucks beside although daiwa roynets filtered coffee is already very good and also a tax free japan drug store right opposite!

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Stayed 6 nights here and breakfast everyday is the same and crowded. The breads are not top notch and the juices i realised aren't fresh as well, is bottled but blended into smoothie. I skipped 2 days worth of breakfast although i have already paid for it.

14 марта 2026 года в отеле закончена реновация.
Расположен 10 мин пешком от Токио stantion (очень удобно для локальных поездок), 50 м от отеля станция метро (в любую точку префектуры можно доехать), через дорогу- 7 eleven. На первом этаже- Старбакс.
Ресепшен на 3 этаже, там же для посетителей комплиментарно крема, шампуни, маски, дрип-кофе, чай и пр мелочи. Если карты метро и Токио на английском.

Cons:

Нет места для работы. Завтраки «голодными не останетесь». Стоимость завтрака 2500 иен, но за кофе нужно заплатить дополнительно. Удивило.
Жили в Киото в отеле этой же сети (возле жд вокзала) завтраки были идеальными (2450 иен), кофе, чай, свежевымытые соки были включены.
