Very comfortable room, luxurious hotel
Friendly helpful staff
Smallish room but that’s normal for Tokyo
Hotel in a very nice location to walk, stroll, shop, etc.
in general, most Japanese hotels are exceptionally clean… however they are a bit small/tight being in Japan. So by their own standards, it was a nice hotel in a good location and everything was clean, but by no means are they as spacious as say in Las Vegas hotel or typical hotel in USA.
I think it is important that people have their expectations set.
Very nice location.
Size. But maybe it was my own fault- I was expecting USA size!
Proxomity to Shinkansen next day
Bit worn and dated, overdue for a refresh
We got a queen size room. The room itself was bigger than the usual hotel rooms in Tokyo, but the space was badly organised. The size of the additional furniture (desk, armchair, coffe table) was way too big that in the end we were not able to open our two baggages at the same time.
Additionally, we had a small misunderstanding at the time of the check-in: apparently the reservation was made for only one person and not two, so we had to pay a small extra amount. I had the impression that the hotel staff was quite rude in sorting out the matter, almost suggesting that the mistake was made on purpose on our side to pay a smaller amount for the room, which was not the case.
The room was clean tho.
Excellent emplacement. Métro à quelques pas. Petit déjeuner buffet japonais et accidental. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Personnel à l'écoute.
J' indique cet hotel.
No gluten-free bread available.Toaster hard to operate.
Minimum room to squeeze around one side of the bed. Also end of bed close to television wall.
Not good for oldies.
Needed to wait 2hours for washing machine availability. However 2guests were informed of this issue.
Location of hotel is close to many stores and restaurants, very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful. Many selections, fruits and salad is fresh.
Laundry situation.
員工很友善,浴室很乾淨且完全的乾濕分離,房內無異味
床鋪僅適合一人獨睡,另一人翻身或稍微撞到床,床的晃動會非常明顯
Too less selections !
Surprised it doesn’t have espresso machine😒
The furniture(desk is old and peeling , the tissue box and catalog cover are terribly worn out and peeling which look very disgusting!!!🤮
The room is too small with the room rate!
There is no space to put towels which are squeezed next to sink . I can hardly believe my eyes. The only good thing is the hair dryer is very good. To my surprise is there has no USB plug next to bed which is Very very inconvenient
Location was great, room was clean
Breakfast spread was excellent
Convenient location with a Natural Lawson and Family Mart just outside. Despite its central location, it was a nice quiet atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Room seemed clean and didn't smell despite being a smoking room. There was an Ethernet port in the room so I could use that instead of the WiFi, and the connection was plenty fast.
The single room was quite small, I hardly had space to walk after opening my suitcase. There could've been more hooks in the bathroom. Sheer curtains didn't provide much privacy so the heavy curtains remained closed throughout my stay.
Good location, on a quiet street with a 7-11 just downstairs. Small room but comfortable. Helpful staff. Asked for a higher floor and they gave me the top floor.
Buffer breakfast could improve with more choices.
Our deluxe room was clean and spacious, and we had a massage chair which was a lovely surprise!!!
I wish they provided more toiletries such as sachets of facial cleanser and facial cream like some other hotels in comparison.
