Great location. Rooms are a bit small, which is to be expected in Tokyo, yet they were clean and quite comfortable.

Great location within walking distance to Tokyo station, 4 metro line stops, Tsujiki market and Kabuki-za, plus great noise cancellation both from inside and outside the hotel, a quiet oasis for a good night sleep; great friendly service too
The superior double is still pretty small at supposedly 21m sq, hardly any space to put a suitcase not to mention two, ok for a short stay i would maybe look for sth slightly bigger for longer than 3days especially at this price point
Mi piace la posizione, in centro a Ginza e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Comoda anche alla metro che porta all'aeroporto di Haneda con solo 550 yen anziche' 9.000 yen di taxi.Ci ero gia' stata 2 anni fa e ci tornerei.
La colazione e' varia, ma puo' essere migliorata. Anche l'attesa per il check in puo' essere ridotta.
I've stayed here on multiple occasions in the past few years and have reservations booked later this year. I like the location and the physical surroundings in the neughbood.. It's close to subway stations and a walkable distance to Tokyo Station. Staff expedited the check in process. They recently updated rooms and there is now a Stsrbucks at the street level below the hotel.
The location was simply amazing! Rooms were nice and newly renovated, breakfast selection was ok. The staff were great and so nice - when we were checking in another staff member was dealing with a customer who was yelling at her about the size of his room, she remained so composed and professional the entire time!
Not a negative, just a reminder that people have to realise smaller room sizes is normal for Japan. Despite this we still managed to fit 3 suitcases in the room.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 10 Minuten Entfernung zur Tokyo Station und diverse umliegende Metrostationen machten die Lage optimal. Die Lage an sich war eher ruhiger, was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel war modern und die Zimmer gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
