Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa

Property needs a lot of work, inside and out. Sink handle broken, lizards running around in the rooms, and we found a worm. Next door resort saved our trip with entertainment and food. Should've stayed there 😔

The location is amazing, view from room amazing best location on island, breakfast is very good, but the room very basic, no bedside lamp, no towel rails no seat to sit on inside and cleaning needs to be improved, not sound proof.

Som flere skriver, fant de ikke vår bestilling. Etter litt tid fikk vi likevel rom. Vi skulle ha med lite basseng. Det var nesten tomt og måtte bli renset og fylt opp. Første dagen ble brukt til det. Rommet/ bungalowen var ikke veldig ren, lag med støv på vegger og bord. Vinduer møkkete. Badet veldig slitt men bra trykk i dusjen. Ekstra seng var en madrass på gulvet, men mykere enn hovedsengen. Kjøleskap ble ikke helt kaldt. Aircondition virket bra. Bassengområdet og basseng er helt utdatert, ikke solsenger og absolutt ikke til å bruke. Det er ikke noe å kjøpe på hotellet, helt dødt. I prøvde ikke restauranten på kvelden da så dødt ut. Heller ikke lunsj. Få steder rundt du får kjøpt mat og drikke.
Frokosten er faktisk helt ok. Greit utvalg og god på smak,
Vi leste på Google om et eldre europeisk ektepar som går rundt og passer på. Her må vi si oss enige. Du har en følelse av at de følger med på alt du gjør og de blander seg gjerne i hva som skjer. De oppleves faktisk ganske så forstyrrende.
Beliggenhet: noe av det beste. Fantastisk strand og vann. Her svømmer du i fisk og sanden er nydelig. Det gjorde at vårt opphold var supert. Det er kun stranden som drar opp her. Kort vei inn med longtail båt, så det at ligger utenfor byen går helt fint.

You can only get to the hotel via taxi boat, which is 100 baht per person each way. The rooms really need to be upgraded, the windows had Kleenex in them to “insulate” them. No insulation between rooms, could hear everything… the beach was beautiful and looked on to other islands.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location on long beach was beautiful and peaceful. However, the rooms were very worn and need updating, and were incredibly dark to the point where we could not see sufficiently when attempting to get ready in the evenings. We had to run the shower in the bathroom for 20mins in order to get any hot water, and when it did come through it would go from scalding hot to cold consistently.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty old and especially the bathroom needs a renovation. We had bugs coming out of the drain. The aircon is also too old and needs a replacement, it takes forever for the room to become comfortable. The cleaning could be a bit better, especially sweeping the floors. Breakfast is very so-so, nothing special.
The beach is superb and just by the hotel, water and sand is excellent, best thing about our stay,

The location was excellent! The rooms were tired and need to be revamped. The Bathroom was full of flying bugs and the shower definitely needs to be improved and cleaned much better. The Main door to the villa was not safe and very flimsy. Not much space for a couple and their 13 year son to put clothes out for easy access. We enjoyed our stay but the Hotel could improove a little to make it much much better.

Beliggenheten er fantastisk, men her er det ikke utført vedlikehold siden resorten ble bygget. Perfekt om du er glad i snorkling.

Great location

For us this property was perfect. It’s a short taxi boat ride from tonsai pier which will run you 100 baht. Beautiful beach which was great for snorkeling. Easy to get on a tour if you’d like or do a hike into the main town. Great staff, very friendly. The beds are a bit hard and the bathroom shower did get water all over the floor but this hotel was worth the money for us. The location and beauty is phenomenal. Located in the middle of paradise. Huge free breakfast with so many options. Nothing better than waking up and having the view of the phi phi islands that this resort has to offer. Highly recommend!

Stayed 4 Nights in November 2022.
The Accomodation Was dissapointing and Way too expensive compared to What you get. We payed 118 Us dollar for 2 adults and a child 1,5 year Per Night. The place should have cost the half. The place is dirty and toilet facilitets discusting. Breakfeast a bit borring and you could not buy anything to eat or drink. Perfect location Right on the Beach and a Big tree to provide shaddow which is the only positive thing to mention.

Nydelig plass som ligger for seg selv. Kun 10 min med båt til/fra sentrum.

La posizione è eccezionale le camere non molto curate, ma spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale non molto gradevole, quasi mai sorridenti e accoglienti.

Point positif est la plage prive sinon ne.surtout pas donner son linge a laver a l'hotel. Ils ont habimé mes vêtements, j'ai du soit relaver en rentrant chez moi soit jeter a la poubelle

設備がとても古く隣の声もまる聞こえで、とても嫌でした。

El personal es muy grosero, nada atentos, no te atienden hasta acabarse su cigarrillo, rentan los camastros a otras personas externas al hotel y al querer utilizar uno como huésped del hotel no hay disponibles y la comida del del desayuno súper mala.
La ubicación está muy bonita.

Great location. Great resort. Great breakfast every morning. I’d come back without question.

Perfekt läge på stranden tyvärr förtog allt oväsen från båtarna en del. Ca 2 km att gå in till stan med alla restauranger. Stenhårda sängar och oväsen från ac. Bra frukost och bra med solstolar vid strand o pool.
