Kaldığım oda çok temizdi ve odada kalınan döngü içinde temizliği kusursuz,mükemmel şekilde sağlanıyordu.

Çalışanlar bütünüyle güvenilir,saygılı ve merhametliydiler.

Kahvaltı farklı kültürlerden çok kapsayıcı yeme ve içme gıdaları ile donatılmıştı.

Gayet merkezi bir konumda bulunan bu otelden ihtiyacınız dahilindeki her hizmete ulaşabilirsiniz.

Ek olarak fotoğraflarda görebileceğiniz PAPYON adlı sistemle karekod teknolojisini sağlıklı şekilde kullanarak odanıza ulaştırılabilecek hizmetlerden de faydalanabilirsiniz.

Zimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber, wenn auch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Tramhaltestelle liegen direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, allerdings stark orientalisch geprägt, wer kontinentales Frühstück bevorzugt, findet weniger Auswahl. Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr edel, im Detail aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ein gutes Stadthotel mit fairer Preis-Leistung für Gäste, die vor allem zentral übernachten möchten.

The Staff are so great, friendly people and helpful. They’re always happy to help me out with anything that I need or ask for. They’re really a support people. I feel like I was at some of my family members place. They helped with my daughter Sally. Care about her well being. My next trip I am going to stay there. I want to appreciate every single staff member for all support, kindness and help. Keep up your great service.

Very Good

Nice basic hotel very close to many restaurants and shops as well as a tram line stop. Breakfast is Turkish style and not bad, maybe lacking a few items for typical Western or international taste. Beds are comfy, rooms seem clean. Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. Staff is very friendly. My main issue was the occasional smoke smell (but a certain base level seemed to linger), coming either from other rooms/balkonies/the street in front of the building or the rooms themselves. Istanbul has a lot of smokers (many of whom don't seem to care if rooms are marked as non-smoking), also when compared to other locations in Turkiye that I've visited. A lesser inconvenience was the noise from the street, windows weren't sound proof and in the 2nd room the balcony door didn't close well. This was usually not a show stopper though, and there was no noise from other rooms or hallway in 6 nights, which was a positive.

Ich habe eine zentrale Unterkuft gesucht, die in der Nähe von der Staßenbahn ist. Mit der Staßenbahn, die einige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt ist, kommt man fast zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten In Istanbul. Der Aufenthalt im Golden Ak Marmara Hotel war sehr ideal. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das große Bett war sehr gut, man konnte sich gut darin ausruhen und schlafen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Man bekommt auch jeden Tag Wasser, eine kleine Auswahl an Beuteltees. Ein Wasserkocher incl. Gläser ist auch vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich und "landestypisch" mit Oliven, Tomaten, Schafskäse usw. Wir ware 7 Nächte dort sind morgens raus und abends zum Schlafen im Hotel gewesen. Mehr brauchte es nicht.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr Guter Empfangspersonal mit Lächernde Gesichter und mehrsprachig. Unterhalt wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Wahr sehr schön und sehr hilfsbereit

Buffet colazione scarsissimo e soprattutto tutto freddo. Macchina del caffè fuori uso per 3 giorni e nessun servizio bar. Camere piccolissime e struttura molto datata in termini di arredamento.

In der Gegend fühlt man sich ziemlich unsicher.
Die Dame am Eingang war sehr, sehr unfreundlich und hat kaum einen begrüßt und war ziemlich unsympathisch.
Der Herr in der Nacht, war im Gegensatz zu ihr viel freundlicher.

Die Zimmer sind SEHR klein. Wir haben ein Deluxe gebucht und ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen. Unterm Bett sah es schrecklich aus. Das Zimmer wurde anscheinend täglich „geputzt“ aber es wurden nur neue Handtücher aufgefüllt und sonst nichts. Kein Staub wischen, kein Boden wischen und keine Bettwäsche gewechselt!! Es wurde nie gründlich geputzt! Die letzten 3 Tage stank unser Zimmer extrem nach Zigaretten und es wurde nichts dagegen gemacht! Putzfrauen sind eine Katastrophe in dem Hotel. Toilettenpapier wurde ebenfalls nicht aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war extrem staubig.
Ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen.
Gibt ein paar Euros mehr aus und bucht euch was anständiges.

It was great daily cleaning. Good interior. Staff was great receptionist are lovely. Specially lady from Egypt very welcoming and professional. Overall it was great and recommend for family stay

The staff was nice and accommodating. I asked to change the room and the allowed us nicely. The breakfast was satisfying.
