Небольшой красивый отель, внимательный персонал

Heerlijke rust in een prachtige oase van groen
Pros:

De ligging in Siem Raep. Naar t centrum was op loop afstand. De tuktuks kostte werkelijk bijna niets. Heerlijke restaurant in de buurt. De excursies via t hotel prima geregeld en niet duur. We hadden wèl n mega lekkage onder de wasbak die niet gelijk verholpen kon worden met gevolg goed uitkijken waar je liep zonder uit te glijden.

Отличная гостиница! Просторные комфортные номера, стильно, в колониальном стиле, много деревянных элементов. Большая удобная кровать. Очень хорошие работники на ресепшне. Помогли заказать туктук для поездки к храма. Мы были в День Св.Валентина, мне дали розу и открытку, чтобы поздравить жену. Каждый день выкладывали пожелание лепестками на кровати. Отличный бассейн. Вокруг бассейна много зелени. Завтрак немного однообразный может, но если на 2-3 дня останавливаетесь - надоесть не успеет. При этом вообще в ресторане цены умеренные, а на напитки есть Happy Hour. Хороший wi-fi. До центра 5-10 мин неторопясь пешком. В целом ощущения, как будто живешь в джунглях, но с комфортом

Super schönes Hotel und das Beste Personal!
Pros:

Dieses Hotel können wir nur sehr empfehlen! Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr nett und aufmerksam und wir haben uns von Anfang an extrem Wohlqefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr schör eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat alles gestimmt. Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Außergewöhnliches und sehr sehr freundliches Personal , die haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und alles organisiert. Hut ab!!!!

Really lovely restful small hotel
Pros:

Lovely ambience, really nice extra touches such as flowers on the bed when checking in . Beautifully appointed rooms. Lovely restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Massage was excellent. I was sick for a day and the staff were very attentive.

Hermosa experiencia, volvería aquí.
Pros:

El personal excelente, muy serviciales. El bar disponible todo el día, comida muy rica y tragos a la orilla de la pileta. La pileta hermosa, mucha vegetación qué hacen que la experiencia sea un lujo.
La habitación muy grande y con bañera para hacer baño de inmersión.
Ademas ofrecen desayuno para llevar a los templos.
Las excursiones que tienen en el hotel estan a buen precio y nos consiguieron un guía en español. Realmente muy bueno el servicio completo.

NUL HÔTEL MAL ORGANISÉ

J’ai réservée une chambre depuis 3 semaines avant mon arrivée au Cambodge avec un grand lit double arrivé le jour-j à hôtel l’accueil m’annonce que ma chambre n’est pas disponible qu’elle me donne une autre chambre avec deux lit et qu’elle me changerais celui que j’ai réservé le lendemain un peu déçu mais pourquoi pas sa peut arriver. Le lendemain matin je suis sorti de l’hôtel vers 5h du mat et re rentré vers 15h j’ai demandé si ma chambre était dispo elles m’ont dit qu’il est toujours pas disponible je devais encore attendre.. déçu j’ai annulé mon séjour dans cette établissement et elles ne veut pas me rembourser les 2 nuits que j’ai annulé.
C’est la première fois et sa sera la dernière fois que je passerais les pieds dans cet hôtel..
