Simply perfect!
Kindness of staff and management
The best place to stay in Siem Reap. I believe to return our stay again as soon as possible. We enjoyed our stay . Unforgettable memories with their kindness. Highly recommend this place .

Big room , nice pool and lovely staff
This hotel and its staff were amazing. I stayed there for 7 nights, then I changed hotels to a 5 star hotel nearby, but after one night I cancelled it because the swimming pool was dirty and it was extremely noisy, so I've booked another 5 nights at the Moon Residence and Spa, because it was much, much better. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet, with a soft background music coming from the restaurant, birds chirping and the water cascading from the swimming pool was making me feel like an ok cloud nine.
The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.
The staff are all one of th kindest and nicest people I've met so I hope the owner of this hotel is looking after them well cause they are the one who are making this place so much better than any other hotels around.
They use reusable bottles instead of plastic ones which is great 👍
The location is the best, just a short walk to the old Market and night market area and I've seen other hotels are showing incorrect locations even here on booking.com so please cross-check that with Google before booking.
I'm normally not easy to please and I'm rather picky but this hotel and people exceed my expectations. You made me fall in love with Cambodia ❤️
Parents who allow kids running around and shouting, but that's not the fault of the hotel, but parents alone who forget that there are other people staying in the hotel.

I liked my room, the location of the hotel and its closeness to the center of the city, yet its quiet and serene nature and 'Zen' atmosphere, but most of all, a wonderful, friendly and very helpful front desk! I did not use the pool and used the restaurant for some morning coffee only.

The room was spacious very clean and felt relaxing holiday in Siem Reap . The staff were extremely polite always ready to help . The location is perfect .
