Pros:

Staff were lovely , Mr Lee was very helpful and considerate. Had a great time and always felt looked after.

Cons:

Shower was not hot enough but it didn't ruin our stay

The atmosphere is great and the room was beautiful . Pool was great staff are so nice and friendly . Hight recommend staying at The Moon Residence&Spa. Absolutely everything perfect .

Pros:

Great location. Close enough to Pub Street and night market, but far enough away from the busier streets. Staff were kind and very helpful and always professional. Room was big, clean and comfortable. The pool, courtyard and restaurant area is a little oasis. Food was very good.

A szálloda étterem része hagy maga után kívánnivalót, de összességében tökéletes választás a városban eltöltött napokhoz, a medence kellemes, a szobák szépek és tisztán tartják őket. A recepciósok mindig nagyon segítőkészek voltak.

Pros:

The room is spacious and the building is old but it is well maintained clean and the staff greet you with smile making it very pleasant stay. The air conditioning also worked well . The location is just fews minute walk to pup street and old market .

This is a lovely hotel with traditional decoration.we recent trip to Cambodia and had a wonderful time. The staff extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was beautiful spacious and nicely decorated.
