Het zwembad, de grote kamer, personeel was zo aardig en behulpzaam. Ook de bestelde tuk-tuk's waren altijd op tijd en keurig geregeld.

Cons:

Niet alle gerechten van het restaurant vielen in de smaak bij ons, (maar kan ook kwestie van smaak zijn)De massage of spa viel tegen in vergelijking met de andere locaties waar wij zijn geweest. Wij hadden een dubbel massage op dezelfde tijd. De een was een kwartier te laat en de andere 40 min. De behandelkamer grenst aan de doorgaande weg wat geen juiste keus is. Al het geluid van straat (en dat is nogal wat) komt binnen. Dat stoort enorm bij een massage. Ook de massage zelf heeft echt wel ruimte voor verbetering. Kortom het was niet top.

Great hotel. Easy walking distance to the river and Pub Street. Very nice staff. Lovely pool.
Pros:

Lovely pool. A quiet oasis away from the heat and noise of the city. Lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly. Booked taxis and tours for us and called one place to save tickets when I was unable to book online. Nice touches such as welcoming drink and fruit and flowers on bed. Good location.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit hard but they found us softer ones when asked

A great choice to stay at when visiting Angkor Wat.
Pros:

We loved the property. Large rooms, beautiful pool, good food in restaurant, helpful staff.

Cons:

We never did get hot water in the shower, but when it is 34 degrees outside it isn’t absolutely necessary.

Perfetto per relax, tour e colazioni tropicali a Siem Reap
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato due volte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La prima volta abbiamo avuto una camera al piano superiore con vista piscina: ampia, con doccia, buon spazio per armadiature, frigo e letto comodo. La seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra con balconcino privato e patio sulla piscina: la camera era davvero enorme, con vasca e doccia. La posizione è ideale, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall’Old Market e dal quartiere storico, ma abbastanza lontana dal caos di Pub Street, garantendo molta tranquillità grazie anche alla corte interna con alberi e fiori. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i servizi: piscina, ristorante e colazione con tanta frutta tropicale fresca. Il caffè espresso e doppio è davvero ottimo! Un ringraziamento speciale a Pitch e Tola, oltre a tutti gli altri ragazzi della reception e del ristorante, sempre gentili e disponibili nell’aiutarci a organizzare i tour. Davvero disponibili e bravissimi anche tutti i driver di tuk-tuk e auto per tour privati o trasferimenti aeroportuali: il servizio è eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Suggerirei all’hotel di ridurre l’uso di plastica per il packaging dei prodotti monouso da bagno, soprattutto considerando che le camere vengono rifatte giornalmente. Sarebbe un piccolo ma significativo passo verso una gestione più sostenibile e attenta all’ambiente

Very beautiful hotel, stuff are so gentle people, the tropical atmosphere is so beautiful, swimming pool very nice, and the restaurant inside is good for breakfast and drinks and best relax

In the beginning I had a room without view (not same as booking showed me)
Then later they changed it for me and they tried their best to make me happy.

when I came back and made me lost many points because they wanted to save taxes on booking, ☹️

Pros:

The whole property of the hotel looks nice, very nature like, alot of greenery. The hotel room is pretty big! With big terrace/balcony which is appreciated. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Couple of small things:
It could be a lot cleaner, there were some stains on the bed linnen (which were not changed one while staying 4/5 days), there were a lot of bugs and couple of frogs in the room and around the property. I had to clean to bathtub myself because this was not clean. Also the sink, when wet, stains black on your clothes, so be warned!! Had to trow a skirt away because of this.
You could see the rooms were not build very good and build very quickly which did not help with the overall clean feeling of the room.
There is daily room cleaning except this is more like daily room tidying (every time they were done withing 5 minutes, which we noticed when we got back because pur bed was made up and the trashcans were taken out, but there was no cleaning whatsever)
When we asked for the tv remote at the reception (because we couldnt find it) they told us we don’t offer that (???) the tv was clearly listed in the booking and also the tv was hanging in the room! So if u dont offer tv why is there a tv in the room and why do you list it in the amenities? Very weird.
Breakfast is okay nothing special.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
