This is a lovely hotel and the staff where very good. I would go there again when there is not construction going on.
We had to leave this hotel as the construction happening at the hotel included jack hammer on the roof of our rooms. Really unbearable noise. There was nothing on booking.com that let me know this was occurring. I definitely would not have booked it if I had known.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and both the housekeeping staff and the hotel team were attentive and helpful.
Because the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a large pool area, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Even with insect repellent, we still got bitten frequently.
The main issue was that major construction work was taking place on the third floor during our stay. The noise was significant, and it was impossible to rest at the hotel between 7 AM and 5 PM. We often wanted to return during the hottest part of the day to relax, but the construction made that difficult. It was disappointing that we were not informed in advance, especially since the payment had already been taken before arrival.
To the hotel’s credit, the management made several gestures to help ease the situation, which we appreciated. However, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, I would recommend contacting the hotel before booking to confirm whether the construction work has been completed.

Uwaga na oszustwo w tym hotelu. Zapłaciliśmy za pokoj o najwyższym standardzie , a dostalismy inny pokoj i bez okna, a z szyba zaklejona folią, gdyż na przeciw byly schody po ktorych chodzili wszyscy goście) najtańszy z oferty. Pokoj miał zepsutą toaletę co od razu zgłosiliśmy, ruchoma muszle i spalona żarówkę łazience ( a byla tylko jedna ).Ponieważ przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy personel to wykorzystał i zameldował nas w tańszym pokoju. Po wniesieniu roszczeń i pokazaniu, że zapłaciliśmy za ten droższy pokój o znacznie wyższym standardzie , pokazaliśmy zdjecia i rezerwacje booking i zapewnilismy, że nie wybieraliśmy tego tańszego Pani menager z łaską stwierdzila, że wynajęty przez nas pokoj jest zajęty, co nie bylo prawda gdyż pokazalismy, że byl i jest pusty. Po dłuższych i niemilych rozmowach Pani menager zgodziła się zmienić nam pokoj na ten za który zapłaciliśmy, ale mysielismy czekac do wieczora. Za ponad dobę spędzona w tańszym pokoju nikt nie zwrócił nam pieniedzy. Uwaga, takie traktowanie klienta jest niedopuszczalne, zapłaciliśmy więcej, pokój byl wolny, a hotel celowo dal nam tańszy licząc na to, że skoro późno przyjedziemy to nie zwrócimy uwagi i nie będziemy mieli siły poruszać dalej tego tematu. Nie polecam.

Best and most friendly staff ever. Restaurant is yummy and affordable, rooms so big and nicely designed.
Water heater did not work, but the staff fixed it after we told them.
The room is very clean, the pool is great
It’s not against the hotel but they weee having renovation so it was really noisy during my stay. The workers started at 7 am

Some renovation was going on but was understandable. There was no phone to call the staff but a WhatsApp option was given that was very helpful. So appreciated this workaround

Amazing stay with brilliant location within the city. The property itself is truly amazing- like an urban jungle - which provides the perfect environment to relax after busy days of temple exploring! Staff is wonderfully friendly. Highly recommend!
