Gute Lage, ideal für Wanderungen. Personal freundlich. Hotel war etwas älter, aber alles funktional.

Der großzügige Saunabereich mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Saunen und Ruheräumen, schöner Außenpool, Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlicher Auswahl und abwechslungsreiches Menü zum Abendessen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Unser Zimmer war etwas aus der Zeit gefallen (hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört)
Excellent food. Excellent location near the forest. Good saunas.
Nobody among reception staff spoke English. All written materials about hotel were also in German only. I think I was the only guest during the week I was there who did not speak German. Communication with hotel staff was difficult for me.
Another negative was lunch time. Lunch was served from 2:30pm only. I wish it was earlier.

Very nice hotel we had a great time and lovely weather that weekend in Bodenmais. We enjoyed the 3/4 Pension with the afternoon cake selection before hitting the wellness area. Would stay again!

If I was really critical I would say the interior decor needs refreshing and the rather dreary dressing gowns and spa towels could do with being replaced, more in tune with current taste.
The staff were genuinely warm and gave the impression that they really enjoyed their jobs.
We weren't great fans of the duvets but perhaps that style is what is usual in Bavaria.
Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem Kurzurlaub im Hotel Böhmhof und werden definitiv wiederkommen.
