On m’a obligé à payé le lit parapluie pour ma fille alors que j’avais envoyé un mail demandant de pouvoir utilisé le miens question d’hygiène, ensuite on m’a imposé de payer la nourriture et le lait de ma fille sachant que ma fille ne boit pas le lait qu’il y avait c’est du lait de soja ou je ne sais quoi nous n’avons pas du tout les mêmes choses en France et ne mange pas tout plus de 100€ alors que ma fille n’a pas mangé la nourriture qu’il y avait la responsable n’a rien voulu savoir

La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata presentava diversi problemi. Dal portoncino difettoso che non si apriva alle formiche nella stanza che entravano da buchi nella finestra. Infissi da sostituire. Al nostro reclamo hanno subito provveduto ad assegnare un altra stanza che è stata perfetta.
Un altra pecca e stato il cibo in quantità ma di qualità scarsa.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA:
La nostra esperienza in questo chiamato hotel resort è stata veramente pessima.
Abbiamo chiesto prima del nostro soggiorno alcune cose fondamentali per necessità personali:
Essere sistemati in una stanza silenziosa dove non ci fosse rumore e invece ci hanno sistemato in una stanza davanti al miniclub con musica a palla mattina fino a tarda notte;
Stanza con vicini rumorosi e cani che abbaiano;
Chiesto coperte e asciugamani, le
Coperte mancavano, gli asciugamani uno macchiato di sangue uno bucato;
La camera era invasa dalle formiche loro hanno cercato di risolvere dandoci l’insetticida;
Il telefono della doccia era completamente rotto dove non è stato possibile fare la doccia;
Dal bagno usciva dai servizi odore di fogna;
La camera non era pulita ma molto sporca;
La porta del terrazzo era rotta e non chiudeva;
La porta di ingresso aveva la chiusura rotta;
Per finire il telefono cellulare personale non riceve rimane senza copertura con segnale totalmente assente Ti consegnano una password Wi-Fi ma non funziona assolutamente;
Al ricevimento il personale è poco professionale ( non sanno dove mettere le mani, non sanno lavorare, molto improvvisato ), fingono di prendere in considerazione la tua richiesta ma vieni ignorato e preso in giro;
Non è un resort ma un villaggio di bassa categoria.
E’ stata una pessima esperienza, da sconsigliare assolutamente a tutti.
Per quello che promettono illudendoti è’ un Posto molto caro.
Cercate altro e risparmiate i vostri soldi, investendo in una struttura migliore di questa.
Schifo totale. Voto zero assoluto.
