Kept me waiting!
Pros:

I arrived at 2:15 to a note on the front door that the office was closed until 3 pm. It said for help, call…. I called 2 times. Nobody. Finally at 3:05 pm a man arrived to check me in. I had driven for over 2 hours and needed a bathroom. Very bad service.

今度はゆっくり泊まりたい！
Pros:

チェックイン時刻を10分程過ぎての到着でしたが、快く受け入れていただきました。また、周辺のお店など熱心に紹介していただきました。自分は1泊でしたが、ロケーションや施設はのんびりと過ごすのに最適です。一番有り難かったのが、迎えの車が来るまでチェックアウト時間を延長していただいたことです。

Cons:

施設設備やサービスに関しては特にありません。サンフランシスコ国際空港からの移動は、車がない（レンタカーも借りられない）自分としては苦労しました。

Summer camp, but no tents or dirt..
Pros:

The location within Carmel Valley was perfect. Far enough away from what little hustle and bustle there is in Carmel Valley to be perfectly pleasant. The staff is friendly and accommodating like you would expect from a small town. Their rooms were big enough and very clean but the star of the show is the weather in Valley, which this property captures perfectly. 5/5 recommend, can’t wait to go back.

Pros:

The room was very clean and very quiet and love that they are pet friendly. Traveling with a small dog is hard to find a place .
