Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The staff did not give fresh towels on the 2nd day. Had to go and ask for more towels

Adequate facilities - great staff. Needs some TLC.
Pros:

Appreciate that smaller communities have services like this. The hotel and restaurant staff were excellent and hard working. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Cold water in showers from at least 7:00 to 8:45 am. Shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Towels were clean but crusty from overuse.

It was okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. It was clean and there was a limited variety of food.

Cons:

I was most disappointed in the children running up and down the stairs and hallways til 11:38 pm on Saturday night. Not the children’s’ fault but a parental issue that was ignored.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and staff was attentive, keeping the hot foods topped up and quickly cleaning any spills. The cleaning staff were excellent at their work and very helpful when we made requests. I liked the library very much.

Cons:

There was no one at reception when I arrived at about 3:00 P.M, so I waited for about 15 minutes. Three other groups lined up behind us in that time. However, when the lady did come to the desk, she was super-friendly and efficient

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great! The beds were very comfortable, good sized tv to sit back and relax with. The free breakfast was great! Lots to eat, scrambled eggs, sausages and side back, yogurts, , etc. The best i've seen yet! Staff was friendly. A great place to stay!
