Perfect room, friendly staff, amazing value, 5 *
Pros:

Front desk staff were great, I booked a standard room last minute and late night for a 1 night stay. I got upgraded to a small suite. The room was so comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Breakfast was excellent also. Value for money is unmatched. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Nay Pyi Taw.

Pros:

直ぐ前にスーパーがあり買い物に便利。スタッフが親切でありがたかった。
ホテルは2ランクあり当方はリーズナブルな方ですが、冷蔵庫無しを除けば全て問題ありません。
庭の手入れもよくされていて、気持ちの良いホテルでした。リーズナブルで質の良いホテルをお望みならばお勧めです。

Nice staff, poor accommodation.
Pros:

After 9 hours on wooden seats from Yangon we were looking forward to pool. We selected Pool option on Hotels.com However pool is only for Presidential suite. Only beer at dinner was warm. Put into room 812, far away from central area and basically felt like servants quarters. Only saw 1 other guest, at breakfast so not busy. Staff were very nice and helpful.
