Pros:

Viajamos a trabalho e não tivemos tempo de curtir a piscina. O quarto é impecavel, super limpo e aconchegante, só tem uma observação sobre a porta do banheiro que esta danificada e não fecha totalmente. O café da manha tambem é muito bom com funcionarios super atensiosos.

Nice pleasant stay.
Pros:

Welcoming front desk staff who spoke English so made checking in much easier. Nice sized clean room, large bed just missing a couple of extra pillows. Food in the restaurant was very good, the waiter Jorge was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my stay.

Pros:

Very nice staff eager to help from check-in all the way to check out. The hotel is located in a nice area with many restaurants and shops to choose from nearby. The rooms are nicely appointed and very tidy. The maid service is spot on with many thanks to Ferrina. The hotel restaurant is under renovation currently however, the Waite staff are very helpful to make amends. Front desk, staff are always happy to make the stay enjoyable, thanks, thanks Team!

Razoável - ponto negativo bem negativo!
Pros:

Minha estadia foi razoável. O quarto tinha uma boa infraestrutra, meu filho fez bom uso da piscina e gostou muito, café da manhã bem servido e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários, principalmente as recepcionistas que usaram de bom senso e compreensão do primeiro ao ultimo minuto de nossa estadia.
O ponto muito negativo era o forte cheiro de cigarro no corredor do primeiro andar (onde ficamos hospedados, o que também me deixou decepcionado porque eu havia pedido os andares superiores no momento da reserva) que invadia até o quarto o que fez com que minha esposa que era alérgica (e isso foi informado também no momento da minha reserva) não tivesse uma boa noite de sono. Pelo que me foi informado o forte odor procede de um hospede fixo do hotel e que o mesmo já havia sido notificado.
