According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Café da manhã
Cobrança de 2 toalhas no valor de 140 reais por que minha mãe sujou com produto de cabelo que facilmente sai com lavagem em máquina de lavar as toalhas sem maiores problemas. Produto que ela já utilizou milhões de vezes na sua própria casa e nunca teve nenhuma toalha manchada. Mas cobraram as toalhas dizendo não serem possíveis de ser lavadas. Um absurdo total!

Atendimento e atenção dos funcionários
A sauna e o aquecimento da piscina não estavam em funcionamento. Minha viagem a São Paulo foi especificamente para participar de um campeonato de jiu-jítsu, e a reserva foi feita considerando a disponibilidade da sauna. É lamentável que a sauna não estivesse operante, e vários outros atletas hospedados também expressaram sua frustração com a situação.
