Nice and friendly hotel with very friendly staff

infelizmente ainda é a melhor opção em barueri - mas de longe não é um bom hotel.
Pros:

Otima localização e boas opções de café da manha. A suite em que fiquei estava com cama nova então desta vez teve conforto, mas via de regra as camas são muito ruins.

Cons:

O chuveiro é pessimo. O banheiro precisa de reforma urgente. impossível tomar um banho descente. tem vazamentos no box e a ducha higienica fica vazando e deixando o chão do banheiro molhado

otimo hotel mas não esqueça objetos porque não tem um politica eficiente e não tomam providecias

minha filha esqueceu um short de ginastica e o hotel não localizou e não tomou nenhuma providencia. Pediu para que enviasse um email, o que foi feito mas nunca houve retorno. Ainda lembrei a recepcionista que me atendeu que de acordo com o codigo civil, achado e não entregue para uma autoridade é roubo. Este fato foi em outra estadia.
