Cons:

Funcionário da recepção me deu quarto que já tinha hóspede. Cheguei q entrar e me deparar com hóspede dentro. Um absurdo. Imagina se eu mulher sozinha estou no quarto e outra pessoa abre. Um risco, sem pedido de desculpa outro atendente assumiu e ainda fez assédio. Um horror o atendimento. Deixou a desejar.

Em comparação com outros hotéis em que costumo me hospedar, senti falta de alguns pequenos cuidados no quarto, como água de cortesia e café ou chá repostos diariamente. Principalmente para quem está viajando a trabalho ou fazendo cursos, sai muito cedo e retorna tarde, ter um café disponível no quarto faz bastante diferença. São detalhes simples, mas que tornam a hospedagem muito mais confortável e acolhedora.
