The location was great.

Cons:

To get towels was a job. You would go to the desk and then they said I would need to go to housekeeping. It was. Back and forth and it was fight to just get towels

It was dirty!! The bathroom curtains had mold, the floors were full sand and there was cockroach in the room. The pool is tiny and there is no place to sit, definitely the picture that they show on website is a lie.

Nice for our couple night stay but probably wouldn’t stay longer.
Pros:

Close to the beach with a cleanish room. Staff was friendly anything I asked for such as towels I got. Breakfast we didn’t go to. Rooms did smell nice.

Cons:

The hair ball and sand left in the shower then the hair ball left on the side of the toilet wasn’t very nice either. Floors was a bit sticky and after seeing a room cleaned next to ours floors was never touched. Have something on your feet. Photos online to what is being booked doesn’t match up

Love the price of it compared to all the other ones around the location was OK and the staff was nice and didn’t bother anybody.

The housekeeping service was below zero. They refused to give us clean towels, and I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for them.

The hotel was very noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Families were staying together, and there was a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep and relax.

There was no breakfast, and the service was very poor. Overall, the management was unhelpful, and the hotel did not provide the level of cleanliness or service that we expected. I would not recommend staying here

I would stay here again, the distance to the beach is great.
Pros:

The property could use a little work, the location was, the staff was accommodating, the rooms need a little paint here and there but otherwise it was great.

Cons:

The parking lot filled with water when it rained there was no drainage and you were forced to walk in gross dirty water.

unclean room, rude staff, tv doesn’t works, floors in the room is broken, the furnitures is too old and broken, the front doors is tight and broken, the washroom is no exhaust fan , the bathtub is dirty and lots of stain, the bed dirty and not comfy at all. i booked with the breakfast but there is no breakfast at all.

They advertised breakfast on the booking. After I paid for the room the breakfast advertisment was update to light breakfast. After we arrived and breakfast time came there was absolutely no breakfast! No fruit, no muffin,

The communication at the front desk. I called at least five times with questions and no one answered. I couldn't get the remote to turn the tv on for 10 min. Then when it did come on I couldn't adjust the volume or turn it off. I had to unplug it

Everything. Room was dirty, key wouldn't work half the time, was locked out for an hour at night in my pj's because no one was in office. Didn't answer the phone. False advertisement. Pictures online did not match anything about thos place.
