Nearby to town area, reasonable price and a walking distance to food hawkers. Available parking lot. Also next to a mosque for those would like to perform prayers.

There is no. Lift, so if you are staying on second, need to climb up.

Excellent location. The place is clean and good value for money.

Very strategically located, walking distance to many food outlets and tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, but a bit lack in term of facilities. No small fridge in the room, and only one plug point to charge your phones.

I need one extra pillow but need to charge ..

Pros: cheap, clean, good water pressure, location.
Cons: limited tv channels (no local malay channel. At least can put Astro Ria), no mineral water in the room (they provide cukko water dispenser outside the room)

Excellent stay. The hotel is just near;
- most of the attractions, walking by distance.
- the night street market and full of bar / lounge.
A very lively area by day & night.

The floor carpet in the room was kinda wet.
The toilet has a drainage problem, water goes down very slow.
The room needs more power plug.

Location: 4/5 (If you are into Chulia Street and the various heritage zones, then this area is good enough)
Cleanliness: 4/5 (Generally clean in and out of the hotel)
Service: 4/5 (Nothing to shout about either, checking in was fine and room service was barely used so can't really comment much)
Amenities & Facilities: 4/5 (Everyting was working fine, and the usual toiletries are provided)
Room: 4/5 (Slightly small but decent enough to sleep in)

Only cleaniless. Very inconvenient don't hv lift. Very irritating & noisy when hearing malays praying. Worst was booking confirmed 2 rooms for twin sharing but when checking in they gave us double bed. After long arguing, they just gave 1 twin sharing. This type of service cannot b accepted

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff are really friendly, rooms are very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as most of the shops, restaurants and bars are just within walking distances. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Penang! :)

Good location and provide ample parking space. The drawback is the hotel condition where the bed and pillow are uncomfortable and the furniture and carpet need to refurnish as it is old already.

Overall 8.9/10. Online customer service was so bad. But rooms and other facilities TIP-TOP(Budget)

Good stay, comfortable. The room is only small in size & not sound proof, noises could be hear from outside. And limited parking lots. First come, first serve basis.
