It was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, polite and accommodating. They have a lift which was convenient for the luggages.

Cons:

The tiny cockroaches but it’s expected. The plumbing may need to be checked because the stench/smell from the toilet was strong and wafted in the whole room if the toilet door wasn’t closed.

Loved everything! The view especially.

Cons:

The hot shower we had to keep on switching because it was not consistent. When we were bathing the water suddenly turned too cold or too hot.

Pros:

What a lovely little hotel. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room itself was clean, well decorated and a good size, the bed was comfortable and the chairs with a table were a lovely addition. We really appreciated having breakfast every morning downstairs too. The shower in the bathroom was good too.

Stanza molto carina con vista sulla città, Phon (credo si chiamasse così non ricordo bene il nome) super gentile, disponibile, tornerò qui solo per lui, i riscaldamento funzionava bene, posizione ottima a piedi arrivi al centro di Sapa, per le cose più lontane abbiamo usato grab e anche una sua escursione per il trekking in giornata, tutto perfetto

unica pecca la colazione non aveva nulla di dolce se non pane e marmellata.
