Overall a very enjoyable stay aside from concerns with regards cleanliness

Size & comfortability of the accommodation. Amenities within the room was great considering the price

Cons:

There were lots of stains on the towels; a hairtie from a previous resident was left in the showerbox, we are left questioning the cleanliness of the room. We also requested a change in bed sheets due to some blood stains but even though the front desk agreed for a change of bed sheets. It was very much apparent that the blood stains remained on the linen when we came back. Suggesting the bed sheets weren't changed

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great central location with tons of eateries and attractions, close to Insadong and subway stations. Very clean and bed was incredibly comfortable!

Pros:

Personal are not nice at all, no secured space for luggage, very basic service. Breakfast is very poor, donor expect good service as there’s none, it’ only for sleepling, room even deluxe are very old and must be renewed, the the place is great, m’être very closed to go everywhere and 2 minutes walk to entertainment places for dinning, fun, visiting. Aile olarak konakladık. Küvet olması çocuklar için eğlenceli, tuvaletinin Japon tuvaletleri gibi otomasyon içermesi eğlenceli, tv'de netflix olması güzel, personel yardımsever, yataklar rahat, 💯

Cons:

Kahvaltı zayıf ve booking tarafından rezervasyon yapınca yanlış anlaşılıyor, fakat otel girişinde ikram olduğu özellikle belirtiliyor, güne başlarken otelden çıkmadan önce tereyağlı ekmek veya mısır gevreği yemek yeterli. Beklentiye girmemek lazım.

Proximité avec le métro et plusieurs bons quartiers à quelques pas

Cons:

L’aménagement de la chambre mais surtout la salle de bain avec un lavabo fissuré et rafistolé. L’eau n’a fait que de couler obligé d’utiliser nos serviettes pour éponger.

広々とした室内で、ゆっくり休めました！
Pros:

Jongno 3-ga駅から徒歩5分ほどのホテルです。ホテルまでの道には大きな通りがあり、レストランやコンビニなどのお店がたくさんあるため、とても便利でした。仁寺洞も近く、景福宮や北村韓屋村へも徒歩25分ほどで行けるので、観光の拠点としてもおすすめです。

事前に届いた案内では5番出口が最寄りとなっていましたが、空港から向かう場合はソウル駅で1号線に乗り換え、Jongno 3-ga駅の1番出口を利用したほうが便利だと感じました。

ホテルは大通りから一本入った路地にありますが、周辺にはホテルが多く、人通りもそれなりにあるため、夜でも安心して歩けました。

客室は広々としており、ベッドもソファもゆったりしていて快適でした。アパートメントのように玄関スペースがあり、室内用とバスルーム用のスリッパが用意されていたのも良かったです。冷蔵庫や無料の飲料水、紙コップ、ティッシュ、ハンドソープ、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ、ヘアドライヤーのほか、ヘアアイロン、くし、靴べらまで備え付けられており、設備は非常に充実していました。

シャワーブースはドアをしっかり閉められるタイプなので、水が外に漏れることもありませんでした。水圧・お湯の温度ともに十分で、快適に利用できました。

スタッフの方も親切で、チェックイン時にはリモコンの使い方や朝食について丁寧に説明してくださいました。

朝食会場は地下1階にあり、20名ほどが利用できる大きさでした。メニューは洋食が中心ですが、トッポッキやインスタントラーメンも用意されており、韓国らしさも楽しめました。

立地・設備・スタッフの対応ともに満足度が高く、ソウル観光の拠点としておすすめできるホテルです。

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けましたが、荷物置き場はホテル内ではなく屋外にありました。ホテルのエントランスは通りから少し奥まった場所にあり、通りから駐車場を通り、その先が荷物置き場、エントランスとなっています。荷物札などで利用者を管理しているわけではなく、CCTVでスタッフの方が確認できる体制だったと思われますが、屋外での保管という点では少し不安を感じました。また、日陰にはあるというものの、暑い時期は荷物が高温になることも気になりました。

客室にはバスタブがありましたが、栓が少し緩いのか、お湯をためても徐々に流れてしまいました。また、バスタブの蛇口はお湯の温度がなかなか上がらず、ぬるめでした。

トイレは水圧の関係か、トイレットペーパーを流さず、備え付けのゴミ箱に捨てる方式でした。

今回は週末に宿泊したため、周辺の飲食店などが賑わっており、夜は外の話し声や騒音が室内まで聞こえました。静かな環境を重視する方は、その点を考慮したほうがよいかもしれません。

Happy overall, room was tidy enough, staff helped with questions that came up and felt like a safe place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy to access bus, subway or walking. Mostly quiet. Room was tidy and breakfast was enough to get the day started.

Cons:

Purely for OCD purposes, towels are mismatched.
