Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, camere grandi e calde, servite di molti accessori per la permanenza (ciabatte, accappatoi, teli piscina...). Parco esterno ben curato, con piscine, campi da tennis, bar e piccola area giochi per i più piccoli. Ristorante delizioso, con ricc buffet, serate a tema e proposte interessanti. Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

L'assenza di smart TV (la sera non esiste grande possibilità di intrattenimento essendo una località immersa nel verde). Accessori bagno da rimodernare (il phon ad esempio).

Il personale davvero dei più cordiali, la struttura è accogliente, la colazione ottima. Perfetto per un soggiorno rilassante.

Cons:

Le modalità di accesso ai servizi non sono chiare. La piscina era usufruibile solo il giorno di arrivo e non quello di ripartenza e non sapendolo siamo arrivati tardi la sera e per il giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto pagare il late check in per poterla usare. Francamente è la prima volta nella mia vita che mi capita che un hotel non consenta l'accesso ai servizi nel giorno di check out. Politica opinabile ma che comunque si può accogliere con una corretta informazione. Stessa cosa per l'idromassaggio rimasto chiuso senza spiegazioni e la spa utilizzabile con un ulteriore supplemento.

La cordialità del personale, i camerieri poi erano il top. Classica old school come una volta, ben curati, gentili, disponibili, premurosi… Ne avrei un’infinità di aggettivi positivi!
