Mayi Hotel

The hotel itself is pretty clean with a nice quiet atmosphere and quite friendly staff. Stayed here for one night only on business trip and I would stay here again in case I might need a place around the area. No hesitatiton needed if you are looking for a hotel in the area.

I have stayed in this hotel and it's good local markets are near the area is peaceful at night if you're not a party person. The staff was very polite and helpful and (Meric) the manager helped with everything so we didnt had to worry for anything. Overall my stay in Mayi hotel was very good.

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel gab es leider einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass mir die Zahnbürste, die ich an der Rezeption angefordert hatte, von einem anderen Gast gebracht wurde.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber war und der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Leider war das Personal im Restaurantbereich nicht besonders freundlich und zeigte sich nicht besonders lächelnd.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

It s below 2 star hotel, it s far from the Istanbul airport, you have several hotels much more closer to rest in case of long transit period

Harrasment in the lobby in front of the staff from other hotel guests.
No professionalism at all

this place is amazing. we found everything we wanted there. they met all our needs. the staff, the food, the service,the cleaning were very good. in short, everything is perfect. thank you so much. I'm sure I'll come again. See you… 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Waleed has been amazing with us from the start of our stay. He made sure we were happy with our room and service.The hotel, service and food is great! Especially when you can call for food service anytime and they deliver it to your room. The staff have all been very friendly.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water and coffee is provided in the room. The food is very delicious in here. If you are staying in here you have to try their spa and massage. Thanks Mayi hotel
