Le Pleasant Hôtel & Café

The owner, Nathalie, was hands on and very helpful...as were all her staff! Rooms were made up daily in a timely manner and very clean! Thanks to Eric, Erin, Geoffrey, and others for their care and attention to detail, excellent service, and warm and friendly service. Definitely a family vibe to this 10 room hotel and cafe. Breakfast was definitely delicious even if somewhat pricey. Thanks to all and if we return to Sutton or surroundings, we will definitely book in with you! Louise & John C., Laval

Beautiful place with excellent and attentive staff

A pleasant experience, impeccably clean, with a good shower and truly excellent amenities.
The absolute silence in the hotel and around, the comfortable bed and the quality linens provided us with an excellent rest.

The hotel is well designed, the room is quiet, staff is totally responsive and thoughtful and the breakfast is inspired and delicious. This as our second stay at Le Pleasant. We love the place.

Homey but well appointed. Very friendly staff. I. The future I might ask not to have a third floor room as it was a bit of an effort for me. All else was great.

Lovely people. Took the time to explain where to find things in the room and extras about the property. Bed was ok. Quiet inn just off the main road in Sutton. Charming area with options for dining.

The only room left was their smallest room with a double bed. Overall property was lovely and well maintained and location was excellent in the charming village of Sutton. They also offer breakfast for an extra charge.

Very pretty and authentic spot rich in history and practicality at the same time! Room was cozy and comfy with excellent personal care products. Everything around is walkable and staff is very resourceful.

Such a pleasant. Came here to enjoy the mountain and wanted comfort. This hotel is very cute and feels homey. The room smelt of mild citrus. Very nice restaurant too offering fine culinary experience. I might have appreciated something more traditional for breakfast but the omelette was delicious nevertheless. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay within walking distance of dining and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient onsite parking - even two charging stations for guests with EV’s.

My only criticism is the lighting in the room is not great for reading in bed. Otherwise this place is tops!

If in the area again, I would be delighted to stay again. I left early, so missed their wonderful breakfast offerings.
