The location was all we liked.

Cons:

The rooms smelt terrible. The bathroom fans were covered in dust. We all left with our allergies all messed up. We will not recommend nor stay here again.

Cons:

I hated everything plus there was cockroaches and they didn't do anything after telling staff. I spent all that money and they didn't do nothing. Like give me a discount or anything. I will be reporting that. Cockroach fell into my bed that is nasty I will be reporting this.

Mop room floors as soon as guests leave.
Pros:

The prices and location are awesome 😎

Cons:

The floor in the room was dirty. It was like it hadn't been mopped in months. Our feet and white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floor. Was not impressed with that.

Great location
Pros:

Bathroom was nice, looked like newly renovated. Location was great for what we wanted. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all. We had a hard time sleeping. The floor was not clean. We spoke to someone who was great full I told him. They were clean when we got back.

I had a wonderful time, slept like a baby!
Pros:

the room was fine. What made this exceptional was the customer service I received. Room service came the next morning to see if I needed anything. I needed 2 clean towels and they were replaced immediately.
The morning I was returning home my car would not start. I asked a young man that was pushing a cleaning cart if he knew of anyone I could call to get a jump. He immediately said that he was do it and he also had the cables. He had to push my car back, to get to the engine as I was facing the room with a car on each side. I was 7 hours from my home! The family I was visiting was 45 mins away. He had me on my way home within 20 mins and very happy! I am grateful for the way I was cared for.

The tv stations available were not very good, but that was not important to me.
