Good service, great facilities and amazing area around the hotel to explore the town

Hôtel très proche du centre, charmant jardin, petite piscine agréable. Chambre confortable avec une excellente literie. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
Relativement calme à cause des pavés et des voitures stationnées dans la cour.

Hôtel convenable, propre. Le personnel un peu débordé mais fait de son mieux. La piscine est très bien mais un peu petite s'il y a beaucoup de monde.

Dejligt hotel i fredelige omgivelser midt i byen. Beskyttet parkering. Gode rummelige værelser til en rimelig pris. Meget venligt personale

Dårlig morgenmad. En lille pool burde ikke kvalificere til “spa-hotel”

Bel hôtel authentique et très bien situé.

The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hotel. Nous avions une grande suite. Juste un bemol sur le canapé lit des enfants... pas tres confortable et qui grincait.
Pour le reste tout etait parfait.

Fin stad, bra restauranger. Vi stannade bara en natt och hotellet var äldre och låg charmigt mitt i stan med hög standard men behöver en uppdatering så att alla rum får tystare luftkonditionering och en ny fräschare look. Lena & Gordon

Disappointing – Not 4-Star Quality

Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the standards of a 4-star property.
The room was visibly worn and outdated, clearly showing its age. One of the biggest issues was the heat in the room – it was almost unbearable. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was only a mobile unit with a large exhaust hose running out through an open window, which meant little to no actual cooling. On top of that, the unit was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep.

When I asked at the front desk about a room change, I was told: “This is the best option.” – no alternative was offered. For a hotel claiming four stars, this is simply unacceptable. At times, the standard felt more like a budget guesthouse than a proper hotel.

The one positive aspect was the rich and varied breakfast, which was quite good.

All in all, the value for money was poor, and I would not return.

Idéalement situé, proche des activités touristiques.

Hotel en plein coeur d obernai avec un acces facile et parking.
Piscine agréable
Grande Chambre et sdb. Confortable.
Nombreux restaurants autour pour diversifier ses repas.

Dommage que dans un 4 étoiles on ait rien dans le frigo de la chambre
