Not much. Front desk attendants were fine and cordial.
The room was dirty, there was a cricket in the bathtub, the room was hot and the air conditioner whistled like a tea pot all night long. The vinyl floor had a coating on it that made my shoes slide and I wasn't sure what that was all about. The paint in the room hasn't been maintained and it made me question why I thought the Wyndam/LaQuinta brand was acceptable.
Location was good
The WiFi stopped working in the morning. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine. The bathroom door was stuck and the handle did not work properly. The bathroom ceiling had a huge crack in it.

A lot of people in the lobby (made me very uncomfortable) the lobby also smelled like weed.

Outlet next to bed didn’t work for lamp, AC didn’t work so room was 80°, hair straightener was left in room, when I called hotel to see if housekeeping found it, they said straightener was never found. Room has already been cleaned so straightener was stolen.

The person above me never settles down until midnight and back at it at 5:30 am .
The breakfast was pretty weak! Could at least use some scrambled eggs.
The front desk clerk was either on drugs or on mentally challenged. We asked for 4th floor room but were told none available. Then gave us a room key to a room already occupied! Returned to complain but no apology offered just an excuse and an accusation of us staring at her. Uh no we were explaining. Next key was to an unmade room. Returned a 3rd time. Clerk was wandering around outside but returned to desk to gice us a 4th floor key. We tried to alert management about non-standard procedures and ask for a partial credit but only received an AI reply.
Do not recommend. Guest security not a priority as we witnessed a guest gettinf a room key without showing id.
The hotel was very nice.
The associate on duty was high when we arrived. I was very upset I had my young grandaughter with me!
Later my daughter went do to the lobby to buty bottled water. The associate was found outside laughing with
2 other guest. She was rude to my daughter and ssid?she checks on the front desk and she should wait at the front. My daughter told her she had been waiting. The associate finally came to the front and sold my daughter the bottled water. Then an hr later she came to to the 3rd floor where we were staying and was in the hallway and room with the 2 guest laughing and basically partying ! I was so concerned about my family & the other guest safety.
