The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was that our room looked out over the water.
Pros:

I liked the location and the fact that the room was clean. Not charging me extra for my dog was a bonus as well.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like.

We totally enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The location was perfect by the river was a bonus. Unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walkable to restaurants, recommended by the fellow checking us in. He was very friendly and informative.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Everything was so much better than I expected
Cons:

Surprised by the cost at first but it’s summer & high season for vacationers, heading into a weekend and Campbellford Fair had just opened across the street. But when I arrived I was very satisfied with everything. I’d stay there again but not in a high season.

Was great for what we needed, great location & clean

Cons:

Rooms were small, longer than 1 or 2 nights would have been difficult. Booking.com said check out was 11am but when you get there check out is actually 10:30am. Only 2 towels in the room but yet it sleeps 4 people

It was a pleasant stay at Motel 6 in Campbellford. It is quiet, friendly and the scenery was wonderful.
Pros:

We stayed the first weekend of December with snowfall. Can’t say much but the view in the morning was still beautiful.
The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative. He told about a place to eat and we were not disappointed at all. The food was good and affordable.
We would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

All in all it was a good experience for one night.
It has a wonderful view of the river and has a patio area. There is also a swimming pool, however we were not able to enjoy most of these things because it was quite cold when we went.

Cons:

My only real complaint was the bed, I didn't find it too comfortable, but I may just be a picky sleeper 😂

Pros:

Management has zero compassion or understanding. Booked in haste (at 8:20pm) as I was trying to get to a close relative who had very little time to live. She died before we even got half way to Campbellford. Despite my grief I phone the hotel to let them know we would not be checking and asked if they could see their way to providing a refund. Was told only hotels.com could authorize that. When hotels.com contacted the Motel they refused to provide a refund. Guaranteed I will never stay at Motel 6 in Campbellford, ever. Disappointing to not be afforded any compassion or good will in a terrible time.
