Check in staff made me uncomfortable. Seemed unprofessional and didn’t seem interested in my business. Carpets quite gross. Definitely not a place I would bring my family if they were with me.

Pros:

Weird checkin process through a window, very old and worn out hotel. Got to the room and felt very sketchy. Stains, horrible cigarette smell. Left and never came back.

Spend the extra $50 and stay in a nicer hotel in Leduc.

There was never anyone at the front desk, when checking in had to call and wait for someone to come down. On the Friday night, they gave a key to our room to someone else that was checking in, we were still in there. We were not checking out until the next day. When we went to check out had to call again as there was no one at the front desk.
