This was our second stay at this hotel. We were happy first time but now we were somewhat disappointed. A/C did not work. When reported, hotel referred to winter season. Our room was really hot and we did not sleep well. Shower was not cleaned well. No promised welcome drink or 20% off food we ordered as advertised. Street noise at night.

The rooms and corridors were spacious. Hotel location was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is close to the metro station. Also, many restaurants and shopping options are close by.
The front desk and the rest of the personnel were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. I would recommend Renata and would stay there again next time I am in Istanbul.

location near METRO , room size is perfect (smallest room size is more than 40 square meters, staff friendly , breakfast amazing , very clean big room with all amenities including FREE soft drinks. Simply everything was prefect.

I honestly loved my stay here, My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good every day and included in my stay. Shopping is the street over up and down the road and I even found a nice hair salon to go to. I would highly recommend this place, and definitely would come back.

Our experience at Renata Boutique Hotel surpassed all others. Having stayed in different Istanbul hotels previously, this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Without a doubt, we'll choose this hotel for our next visit to Istanbul.
The breakfast was fantastic, and they serve freshly squeezed orange juice.

I have stayed many times over the year in this hotel. It is my go to place in Istanbul since probably 2016. The hotel staff are so friendly and kind, and the location is excellent for shopping and also getting around town. I always feel like I am going home when I stay there. This last time, my daughter was with me, and hotel staff were so lovely to her, and as usual the service and rooms were very comfortable. I really thank the team at the hotel for all the great times over the years - and of course look forward to seeing you all again soon. Sita
