Quirky, but fun
Pros:

The old village was fun
Glad we upgraded to the family room.
View from window was cute.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is to the right of the cable car station exit point It is close to eating/dining Large reception to cater for rooms to be allocated

Cons:

Unfortunately the lights in my were not working after a short time loss of power to the hotel
The mattresses need replacing in room 2408 as they do sag a bit in the middle

Good for Influencers
Pros:

The Coaster was fun as I hadn't been on a theme ride for a while. There was a lot to explore and looks like it's only getting bigger and better.

As we were staying overnight, we jumped the line to the cable car. Staff really look after you and walk you the whole way to reception.

Cons:

Bana Hills was fine, but just not great for us. More for people who like taking pictures of themselves.

It's a fairy land, so not really showing the real Vietnam which is what I like to see.

Best overnight trip!
Pros:

Experiencing Ba Na Hills with less crowds in late afternoon/evening & early morning. This place is just stunning, with so many different areas to explore. Staying in Mercure makes the most of this experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by crowds. The breakfast spread of the one of largest and most extensive ones I have seen of late.

Cons:

It is quite pricey for a single night stay, but totally worth it.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in diesem Hotel nicht stimmig
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Bettmatratze war genau richtig hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ gut und vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht stimmig. Das Ganze erinnert an Massenabfertigung. Der einzelne Gast ist ziemlich egal. Das Hotel ist halt Monopolist.
Beim Frühstück war es sehr laut und teilweise chaotisch - einfach zu viele Gäste.
Die Toilette ist selbst für normal gebaute Menschen ziemlich eng.

Stay is good, but to charge me twice with 6 months difference is not good. Good thing I have money, what if I don’t have

Cons:

I was charged twice. The receptionist promised me to get a refund however I had to wait for 45 days to get my money back. Since I am only on a short holiday I don’t want to wait. So my only option is to consumed the 2nd charges that they’ve made, it let me felt that I was scammed.
