Nice location
-staff are not accommodative and not very friendly
-rooms weren’t clean as shown in pics as they were dilapidated
Place was near the cable and accessible for elderly. Staff were very friendl and welcoming, assisted my parents on wheelchair. Breakfast is good, room is big.
Quiet crowded due to small lobby. Improve privacy of bathroom
It’s all about the location! Room was small but comfortable. Definitely worth staying.
Many activity todo
All place close early at 6 PM
It’s was a super fun stay, locations is great and it’s nice to be part of the fairytale, especially when the day visitors all go, it takes on a different feel
Not the actual property but signage needs to be better. It was a mission to find the pool and also to know which cable cars were working. We ended walking in circles after checkout with bags trying to find a way down. There needs to be information at check out telling you which cable car is open
1. The property is really great… you can enjoy the French village & the Golden bridge without the crowd
1. Very small congested rooms
2. Damp rooms with very dark environment
3. They are short of staffs, especially the Bell boys for transferring luggages
Every thing was perfect
Price a bit high
Best Location
Sometimes confuse to find😁
This is not just a hotel; it is a total immersive experience in the little French city in the clouds. The Mercure French Village more than exceeded my expectations starting with the electric car to the cable car base to the professionality of the reception staff - specially Ellen - who did everything to accommodate me even when my requests were a little beyond the norm.
Breakfasf was probably one of the best I have ever enjoyed in all the years of my travels. Bed was comfy, beautiful soft percale sheets made rest easy. I was fortunate enough to be given a quiet room in "Marseilles" with a small balcony from which I could watch the sunset, the thunderstorm, and the mist swirling up over the hills.
Dawn on the Golden Bridge was my highlight.
Unforgetable experience all around. A "Class Act".
PS I reallt enjoyed having that beautiful pool all to myself!

I was a little disappointed with the a la carte menu which had dinners which were small and rather lacking in imagination - a few whole romaine lettuce leaves and a few rather stale bread cubes do not make a Caesar salad! The pasta sauce was too salty and my requests for butter on the second night were singularly unsuccessful: "we don't have butter" When I suggested that veloute sauce (with the salmon supposedly though I didn't see it) was made of butter so the chef would have to have it this created general consternation all around. Instead I was brought blue cheese sauce which I suppose sounds similar but - not on salmon which was a small, previiosly frozen, slice. Vegetables were virtuallt non-existent.
Without sounding too much the ignorant tourist, wait staff should have a higher level of English in a top restaurant.
Having said that everyone in L' Etable were very polite and helpful.
I guess I should have stayed with the buffet after all! But the quieter ambience was much nicer: not everyone wants to dine in a noudy mTess hall. But it did produce some book-worthy humour!
One last thing: the clothes hangers are MUCH too high up. I needed a chair to reach them and I am 5' 6".
Refrigerator didn't work. 😯
Excellent Service. Absolut central stay. Amazing!
Lavatory compartment is uncomfortably small.
The location is absolutely mindblowing. The hotel and staff is providing a great effort to make everything a good experience for everyone.

BaNa.Hills is a nice spot for tourists, so the hotel enjoys this location benefit.
The facility is very busy, and the Mercure hotel is sub-divided into many smaller facilities with spread-out locations. This makes check-in and check-out procedures very confusing and inconvenient for the guests.
