All good but quite expensive
No proper instructions from the reception, specially about the guidance of the locations and key cards things
Good experience.
It was at Ba na Hill so it made it easy.
The bathrooms were super small but doable.
Location, pool, fast Check in
No box for early fast check out, no reception at 8am, breakfast too standard
住宿地點不錯。
晚上buffect過度集中於一個區域,有點雜亂壅擠。建議多開一些點 分流客戶。
El desayuno bufet
Location,cleanliness and the comfortable bed
There is only 1 pair of slippers in the room
Pricey but well worth the stay. Beautiful place to visit and now done from my bucket list
Many hotels are there around and reception timings are not clear. Only the main hotel has the details and if you do not have the map or miss the time of checkin, phones are not really helpful.
The location..
About the hotel - aside from breakfast selection, NOTHING.
We decided to stay overnight convinced it is worth it due to the early access to the Golden Bridge. It was a waste of money.
The family room with bunk bed feels like prison. Going up to the 2nd deck was so inconvenient and the ceiling is low (or the bed is too tall), you will bump your head in the ceiling if you're not careful.
I hate the bathroom the most. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles but the whole bathroom itself doesn't have a door!! It is so inconvenient to go from toilet to shower with the open door layout. Plus, the toilet cubicle is so small! It was so hard to move around. The soap dispenser was even broken, it doesn't pump.
The AC is not working too! It was so warm and it is centralised so there's no control. WiFi is bad too.
I don't recommend the hotel. It was a trash for its price. I am so disappointed considering it is part of an international chain of hotels.
We booked a family room and a twin room and they were in 2 separate buildings (how inconvenient!). We had to dragged our luggages in the stairs going to the building as there is no ramp for luggages!! And no buggy cars too. No one assisted us in the checkout. The cable car station for going down is so far from the hotel and was an uphill and long walk with our luggages!! With such a big name for a hotel, it was really disappointing that they lack so much of the basic things.
The location, the weather and the buildings
Too many crowds and too packed in all the spots.
The guest can skip the long queue at the mountain foot.
