1 City Hotel

Grosse déception: murs moisis, taches suspectes sur les lits… arrivés à 1:30am nous n’avions pas d’autres options que de rester et nous avons finalement bien dormi mais je ne reviendrai certainement pas… le système d’aération de la salle de bain est tellement mauvais que nous avions toute la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasse du dessus comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre. Le seul point positif est que l’hôtel est assez bien placé, avec une réception 24h/24, c’est pour cela que nous l’avions choisi. Personnel sympathique. Mais vraiment en mauvais état général. Je pense qu’il peut y avoir beaucoup mieux pour le même prix

Prima hotel, internet niet altijd goed , niet altijd warm water , airconditioning niet zo sterk

適合睡一晚的地方，除了便宜外，其他沒什麼好的

1. Door safety lock (dari dalam) rosak. Unable to safely latch the main door.
2. No door in shower room - causing floor wet and slippery (I slipped & almost fall down - dangerous for warga emas)
3. No coffee or tea courtesy service (Small point but means a lot)
NOTE: I did not find any of the above when I stayed there before (previously).

This room looked good in pictures, however the place was dirty. The shower wouldn’t stay on. There were cockroaches. This is a run down and noisy place.

Very well situated, beautiful room. Staff is very helpful and welcoming but quite limited in English. TV had only one channel (Chinese).

Small hotel at the center of town..nice and clean room. Bed was comfortable.

Overall a nice hotel with comfy rooms. It's in a bit rundown area, but centrally located and close to all major town's attractions.

Underwhelming. Hotel was fine for the price as the city is very expensive for budget travelers. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The actual street the hotel is on is very smelly and full of cockroaches. But inside the hotel is clean and comfortable. Recommend for budget traveler but not if your looking for something nice.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We left our baggage at the hotel overnight while hiking Mt Kinabalu, and then again when we went to stay overnight on Sapi Island. They were very happy to accommodate our requests.

The rooms are generously sized, and good value. The hotel is conveniently located to many local restaurants. Free WIFI in rooms appreciated.

Good value for the price point in an area that is walking distance to popular places for eating and sightseeing. They really need to upgrade their internet. It hardly was working and when it was working, it was slooooow

The hotel is in the centre of the city. Problem is internet was not working

1st time ever meet reception with no smile,lack communication with customer. but luckily one of the staff so friendly when he took us to look at room condition. no offended. please smile more in future.
