Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, il personale fantastico e la posizione stupenda! La colazione è meravigliosa: un ricco buffet dove puoi trovare prelibatezze di ogni genere, dal dolce al salato, frutta secca, yogurt, cereali, torte fatte in casa…. tantissima scelta per qualsiasi gusto.

Poca trasparenza

Albergo posizionato in una location molto bella. Colazione molto buona, staff molto sorridente ed accogliente!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel pagando quasi 250€ la notte. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata negativa per una ragione molto semplice: non siamo stati informati che la sera del nostro soggiorno il ristorante ospitava una festa di matrimonio.
La musica a volume altissimo è andata avanti fino a quasi le 3 di notte. Considerando che l’edificio è vecchio e poco insonorizzato, il rumore era fortissimo in camera, rendendo impossibile dormire.
Qualche giorno prima avevamo contattato l’hotel per chiedere se fosse possibile cenare al ristorante ma ci era stato detto che ci sarebbe stato un evento privato e che quindi non potevamo cenare lì.
Quindi, l’occasione per informarci sul rischio di alto disturbo che avrebbe generato agli ospiti dell’albergo questo “evento” c’era stata e invece non ci è stato detto nulla.
Se fossimo stati informati della festa di matrimonio, non saremmo ovviamente venuti, in quanto io e mio marito avevamo deciso di offrirci una mini vacanza perché avevamo bisogno di riposo e tranquillità. Si è rivelato invece un soggiorno pagato caro e una completa delusione.

La notte stessa, dato che anche con i tappi per le orecchie (gentilmente offerti dall’albergo…) la situazione era abbastanza disperante, mio marito è sceso più volte in reception per avere dettagli sugli orari di fine festa. All’inizio ci hanno detto che sarebbe finita poco dopo le 00.30, poi alle 02.00, e di fatto si è conclusa intorno alle 3.
