Cons:

Zuerst wollte man kein Parkplatz in der eigenen Garage geben. Deshalb mussten wir 10 min rundherum zum öffentlichen Parkplatz fahren.
Wir waren sehr müde an dem Tag, das hat genervt. Dann sind wir ca 7 min gegangen, da wurde mitgeteilt wir können doch in die Garage.
Der Besitzer (Leiter) des Hauses war extremst nett, hat sich ein paar mal erkundigt wegen parken

Pros:

Bella struttura, pulita, elegante e ben organizzata. Posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dai parcheggi gratuiti. Colazione non troppo ricca, ma buona e ben organizzata, complimenti ancora allo staff tutto.

Super consigliato, struttura ottima e personale accogliente!
Pros:

Lo staff è davvero cordiale ed accogliente, il palazzo è proprio dentro le mura del centro storico, e la stanza che abbiamo prenotato era completa di tutti i comfort.

Cons:

Nulla. Forse, essendo una mattiniera, anticiperei l'orario della colazione, che solitamente inizia alle 7 ma a palazzo Pacini non è disponibile prima delle 8.

Pros:

- Много учтив персонал. Рецепционистът е изключително любезен и отзивчив
- Много добро и топло посрещане. Персоналът е 10/10

Cons:

- Заплатих повече пари за конкретна стая на последния етаж, а получих различна стая на партера (ниво рецепция). Не беше лоша, но исках съвсем различна стая, това малко или много ми развали настроението.
- Вентилацията в нашата стая (розовата) е точно над спалнята и цяла нощ духа в теб.
- Въпреки че вентилацията беше на 31 градус (на турбо режим) - цяла вечер не можа да се стопли до температурата ми на комфорт (25 градуса)
- Закуската не е много богата. Липсваха изложени колбаси, даваха ги само, ако си поискаш, което за мен не беше удобно.

Una storia inizia con “c’era una volta”… e così è stato anche il nostro soggiorno al Palazzo Pacini!
E siamo viaggiatori del mondo, con esperienza!
Absolutsmebte tutto meraviglioso, ma inizierei dalle persone che stanno dietro questo posto: sembrano attori di film, belli, professionali, autentici.
L’edificio, l’attenzione ai dettagli per il comfort degli ospiti… tutto è curato con eleganza.

Da qualsiasi finestra guardi, non vedi e non respiri altro che Toscana!
Ogni gradino che sali nel palazzo… incontri sempre la Toscana!
Ogni sorso di cappuccino, in una tazza dipinta, a colazione, e ogni pezzetto di torta della nonna… ti ricordano che sei in Toscana!

Perfino quando accarezzi il gatto!

Raccontato proprio oggi, dopo una mattina di primavera verde, con il canto degli uccellini e gli alberi in fiore.

Indimenticabile!
Da ripetere!

A clear recommendation!
Pros:

Mr. Pietro and his wife Mrs. Heike are very gentle and welcoming people who took wonderful care of our stay!
The hotel is fully renovated and very stylish decorated, our room was very cozy.
Mrs. Heike prepared a tasty sweet & savoury breakfast for us every morning.
Although the Palazzo is a 4-star hotel, the place didn’t felt „sterile“ at all, we enjoyed it as if we were at home.
