Pros:

Wir waren von diesem Hotel, ehrlich gesagt, überrascht. Unser Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren so toll und auch groß und wir haben uns gefühlt wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Einfach fantastisch.. Das Frühstück wr sehr gut und alle haben sich echt große Mühe gegeben. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Boutique Hotel in historischem Gebäude mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Lage war in der historischen Altstadt. 4 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank - sehr angenehm bei Temperaturen von 34 Grand Celsius. Personal sehr hilfsbereit bei Transport von Koffern. Bei Ankunft Möglichkeit, den Espresso Automaten des Frühstücksraumes zu benutzen.

Cons:

Hotel nicht gut renoviert. Wasserflecken im Bad an Wand. Möbel teilweise abgenutzt. Koffer Ein - und Ausladen war schwierig, da ständig Verkehr und keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren. Achtung: Zimmer 12 bis 16 nicht mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Beschwerlicher Aufstieg mit Koffern.

Centrale, pulita, colazione ottima servita in terrazza, una bella stanza. Gentilissimo il proprietario che mi ha accompagnato fino al parcheggio dell’hotel a pagamento.

Cons:

Il fatto di non avere davanti all’hotel un servizio di carico scarico bagagli accessibile, malgrado ci fosse il posto segnato per terra. Capisco le difficoltà del paese con stradine strette e pochi parcheggi ma mi sembra che per un hotel così il minimo sarebbe poter scaricare i bagagli senza avere l’ansia di bloccare il traffico per portare dentro i bagagli. È l’unica nota negativa compensata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario dell’Hotel, oltre al letto un pochino rigido per la schiena.

The room (No.18) was amazing, beautifully decorated with an incredible bathroom and terrace views over the garden & valley. The staff were extremely helpful with advice prior to our trip and so friendly during it. We lived Palazzo Pacini and hope to visit again.

tolle Unterkunft in historischem Palazzo und Städtchen
Pros:

tolle Lage, sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, das ganze Haus strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, man ist zu Fuß quasi sofort in der Altstadt, unser Zimmer im Palazzo war ein herrlich renoviertes mit Blick in die toskanische Landschaft, einfach traumhaft
Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit individuell zubereiteten Ergänzungen, es fehlt an nichts

nichts was mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat und dass wir nächstes Mal gleich zwei Nächte bleiben werden
