Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. We were greeted by Pietro and his wife (I did not get her name) but she made us delicious omelettes. We enjoyed talking to Pietro and he helped us with our Via Francigena trail to allow us to walk on the most beautiful river in the beginning to avoid industrial walk out of the town. It added about 1.5 miles but worth every step and on our most beautiful stages.

La colazione sulla terrazza panoramica già solo quella vale il soggiorno. Cmq molta cura nella qualità e nella scelta degli alimenti, anche per quanto riguarda i piatti fatti al momento.

You have to stay here. It was so wonderful we would center our trip around it.

Where do I start. This hotel was superior! It surpassed any other hotel in Tuscany! The owner was so friendly and helpful. The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure breakfast was exceptional and made custom eggs for breakfast. The bed was really comfortable! The view was incredible and in the morning you sit on the terrace with an incredible view. They made us feel at home and made sure everything was great. 10 plus rating. Also, eat across the street for pizza. A wonderful place for supper. In all it was the best on our whole 17 day trip to Tuscany!
