Accueil parfait. Parking privé sur place. Un bel appartement avec une immense terrasse. Un petit déjeuner typique et délicieux. L emplacement parfait pour randonner dans la région. La gentillesse du propriétaire et de son personnel. Propreté parfaite.

Perfect for what we needed close to everything we wanted to do.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Frederika was a great hostess and the owner kindly upgraded us to a self catering apartment since we had two kids with us. This was extremely useful since we had parking right outside our door. Perfect for traveling with a young child and infant.

Cons:

everything was great and the heating worked fine. However a couple of carpets would have improved the feel of the property.

Scammers and Liars! Stay far away from this hotel!
Cons:

Scammers and liars. They tried to swindle us with the wrong rooms and promised us a working and prepared hot-tub. We found a cold, half full, dirty and broken hot tub instead.

Upon our arrival, my brother and I entered the hotel. We asked to see the rooms and the hot tub, before making my elderly mother get out of the car to settle her in. We had learned from a few other stays that what they promise you is not always what they give you.

Good thing we trusted our gut. They showed us to our two rooms, but they weren't the rooms we had reserved. We made sure to have four separate beds in our reservation, and they gave us two rooms with two double beds (still for four people, but not what I booked. My booking had four seperate beds for four single adults who don't want to share beds. So they tried to pull a fast one on us there. I held firm and pulled up the booking and showed them.

Then, the hot tub. I had asked to make sure it was ready and working and would be set up for that evening for our arrival, and they assured me that it was working and would be ready for us. Another lie. The hot tub was half full, completely cold, dirty, and they said that a pump was broken or something.

They called somebody to come and fix the hot tub and offered us a new room with three beds like we had originally reserved, and assured us that the hot tub would be working in 20 minutes. Another ridiculous lie.

The front desk attendant and the hotel owner (the father?) said they understood our disappointment and offered us a full refund. I asked them what they needed from me to get the refund and they said they would do it through booking.com.

That, unfortunately, was the last time I heard from them. Now they claim that we were a no-show, and that the hot-tub worked, and they offered us an upgrade, which we declined. How can we be a no-show and also decline an in-person upgrade?

식당이 없는 숙소인데 아침식사를 외부 식당에서 직접 배달해 주는 정성. 주차장 잘되어 있습니다. 에트나산을 가기 위한 참 좋은 숙소. 5분거리에 사람 좋은 수퍼마켓이 있어서 장을 보고 숙소 주방에서 요리함.
