Beautiful villa in Rawai Phuket
Pros:

The villa at Kokyang Estate was stunning! The garden was lovely with a beautiful swimming pool. The lounge was comfortable with a nice corner sofa, the kitchen was well equipped however dinner plates were missing but as we ate out most of the time this wasn't a problem for us. The bathrooms were fine with good showers. The beds were comfortable and large. We booked the three bedroom villa however we were unaware that one of the bedrooms was completely separate from the main villa meaning you had to leave the main villa and walk along the swimming pool to access the third bedroom. As a couple with two children this didn't work so we had to make the kids share which wasn't ideal but didn't affect our holiday, annoyingly we paid more to have 3 bedrooms when we could have just booked a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was cleaned twice a week and the beds were changed, the garden and pool were also cleaned and tidied during our 2 week stay. There is no reception here so you are very much left on your own which is fine, you are given a personal villa manager who contacts you via whatsapp. Our manager left the day after our arrival so we were introduced to a new one however this person did not respond to any messages throughout our stay including asking advice about booking trips. The internet went down 3 times during our stay, as there is no reception the internet is required especially when looking at day trips and things to do so this was annoying but was rectified. We would return.

Nice villa, quiet, clean and big.
Pros:

Went with my familie for 3 weeks. Nice villa quick check in and check out. Price is good.
Good area to relax and stay or go out for dinner.
Nice place to stay and go out to see thnings and stuff.

Pros:

部屋に入った瞬間、部屋も綺麗で広く快適に過ごせそうだと思ったが、
まず、3bedroomのうち一部屋にカビの匂いが充満していた。
そしてセーフティボックスは壊れていた。
フロントがここには無いようで、ホテルのカスタマーに何度か問い合わせしたが担当者も全く来る気配無し。
やっと来たと思い、セーフティボックスの話をすると、ここで盗難が起きた事は無いから、セーフティボックスが無くても安心してくれ、との事。ありえない。
カビの件は、今は雨季だから仕方が無い、との対応。
3泊予定だったが、とても寝れるような状態では無いとこちらも説明したら、別の部屋を用意するのでついてきてくださいと言われ荷物をまとめ外に出たら、
担当者の女性が、車に乗りそのまま逃走してしまった。
そのあと、カスタマーの方に電話をし事情説明したら、あなた達はキャンセルになりました。と伝えられました。こんな事、あるのでしょうか^_^;
場所も閑静な場所だったので何もなく、タクシーも拾えず、
次のホテルを探す為、子連れでキャリーを引っ張り、数時間さまよう羽目になり怖い思いをしました。
色々な国に行きましたが、こんなスタッフの対応は初めてです。
プーケットの印象自体も悪くなりました。
