Pros:

Great location and staff were very friendly and nice. Facilities were great, pool and gym were good.

Cons:

We were on the 12th floor and could hear the banh bao guy on the street. But it was alright. Just can be a bit noisy on weekends from bars downstairs but they usually stop at 10pm/10.30pm.

We hadden 2 kamers, de junior suite was prima maar de tweepersoonskamer was krap. Dus eigenlijk is een junior suite het minimum om niet gergerd te raken van je kamer.

Cons:

De matrassen zijn toe aan een update. De kamers waarin je in een badkuip moet staan zonder douchegordijn zijn absoluut geen aanrader. Geen haakjes om wat dan ook ergens even op te hangen( ook niet in de junior suite). Na aangeven aan Cindy werden klachten wel serieus opgepakt.

Great hotel in Da Nang
Pros:

What an amazing hotel to stay at, one street from the beach, has all the amenities you could want. Two swimming pools and a wonderful buffet breakfast.
The rooms and bathroom are a great size, we had a decent sized balcony and the staff as well are very accommodating.
I highly rate this hotel.

The lifts are very slow. The condition of the property doesn’t feel safe. You can hear things shaking in the wind and it feels like the building moves as well.
Cindy the manager would message everyday asking how things were and when we replied that we were woken to a fire in the building next door as we could see the fire from our window and heard people screaming etc. there was no reply. We evacuated because we were 18 stories high and it Seems pointless if you’re going to message us everyday but not actually acknowledge what we say, what’s the point on checking in with us.

Every morning the staff would greet you with a smile. They remembered your name at breakfast. They looked after any need
Pros:

The service from the staff was absolutely excellent. If we required any fresh towels or any needs in our room, they were there in a few minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Perfect stay at CICILIA HOTEL AND SPA!!
Pros:

Love this place, excellent location, excellent rooms, great value, very clean hotel and rooms. The hotel has great atmosphere and the service was excellent too. Amenities, the pool, the restaurant had a great variety of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return next year.

The BEST first time birthday stay in Danang Vietnam

I ABSOLUTELY loved EVERYTHING about this hotel/property the location was great, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and just made us feel like family home away from home. I have to say a VERY SPECIAL Thank You to Mia for making my birthday arrival so special with a happy cake also Lucy at the front desk she is such a warm and friendly young lady. I DEFINITELY WILL be back year after year.
