Beautiful stay at
Pros:

Can't fault anything. Staff were genuinely welcoming and caring. Cindy at the front desk was very helpful. Food was great. Location right across from the beach and so many restaurants and food options within easy walking distance. We stayed 6 nights in a Penthouse room which was huge. Highly recommend.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants.
Staff were absolutely amazing - special shout out to Tina in the breakfast restaurant, she was so friendly, and our kids loved her.
Penthouse is stunning - definitely a nicer option than the 2-bed apartments.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit more dated than the photos - the rooftop pool bar is no longer open.

Mitten im Getümmel von Da Nang,
Sehr nettes Personal, besonders Lily von der Rezeption hat unser Zimmertausch möglich gemacht. Frühstücksbüffet mit frischer Obstauswahl.

Cons:

Man musste über 2 stark befahrene Querstraßen zum Strand.
4 Liegen am Pool ist zu wenig.

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to beach and great restaurants nearby. Friendly staff especially hostess Tina who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Cons:

Pool closed 2 hours earlier than advised which was very disappointing for our kids.

Enjoyed our stay, was worth upgrading the room and in a good location for all the action.

Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shop. Nice swimming pools, with a good view of the city and beach. Also nice, friendly, helpful staff.

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs especially Tina and Cynthia (or Cindy, I can’t quite recall her name). The location was also excellent, being close to the beach, nail salons, restaurants, shops and everything you might need.

Cons:

1. The soundproofing inside the room could be improved. We were able to hear conversations and even the slightest noises from the hallway, which made it difficult to fully relax. It also explains the signage in the hallway requesting guests to keep quiet.

2. When we walked in to the room (after coming back from our all day tour), there was a noticeable cigarette smell. As non-smokers, we found this quite unpleasant and are unsure how the smell lingered in the room.

3. The shower setup could be improved. As shown in the photo, water tends to splash outside the tub during use, which leaves the bathroom floor quite wet. As a result, we had to request extra towels and bath mats to manage the water, which was a bit inconvenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. Far exceeded our expectations, given it was relatively cheap. Close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and anything else you need, we walked everywhere. Breakfast had good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Some breakfast dishes were cold, even when going for breakfast as soon as they opened.

Great for families and non-drinkers
Pros:

Location is excellent for the beach access and local eateries. The breakfast has a huge selection and all very tasty. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and clean. There are good views of the ocean from the rooftop and you can get a drink up there, however it has to come from the ground floor, there is no working bar up at the rooftop. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our twin room had very limited space, only one person could get through at a time. You can smoke at the rooftop or out at the front of the hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

Cons:

The staff seemed to be counting how many alcoholic drinks we had at the rooftop bar since I was approached the following morning by a staff member (not the bar service member) finding it amusing that I had consumed 12 beers .... untrue, we had 6 beers each. I don't enjoy being micro-managed at age 62 ! Needless to say, we found somewhere else to go to have our holiday beverages.

Pros:

I like their customer service 100%.. Special thanks to Tina who always greeted us there every morning at the buffet area and make sure we had a great time staying at Cicilia.. Though we only had limited time staying in their hotel, they make sure they meet our expectations.. And also, I really appreciate the surprise cake they made for my husband.. It made his birthday extra special too❤️
