Pros:

Fantastic hotel, loved the rooftop pool & views! So nice having a drinking looking over the city & beach. Our son had his birthday while we were there & we were surprised by room service with a birthday cake slice. Extremely thoughtful. Great variety for breakfast! Would definitely stay again

Pros:

Cicilia hotel is fantastic 👌 Great location ,very welcoming , clean facilities and wonderful service. Definitely a place to stay in DaNang.
Nhung and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety each day. Thank you Cicilia for your hospitality!!😀

Maybe fresh cut fruit at breakfast, but everything is very good 👍

Bardzo duży wybór jedzenia, od kuchni europejskiej po miejscowe dania i owoce. Pokoje duże, przestronne. Blisko plaży, kilka minut piechotą. Dodatkowo dwa baseny w hotelu, jeden na dachu.

Fantastic hotel great staff, great location, great coffee.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very friendly the coffee shop did one of the best coconut coffees I had in Danang. The rooftop pool was also very nice to spend the morning relaxing. The room was amazing, the views and the comfy bed, also fantastic location right by the beach.

Nothing this hotel was wonderful

Great, has potential to be even better!
Pros:

Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Morning buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Location is only 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

The interior is a bit outdated and weird shower setup with wood floor. They were renovating the first floor bar so it’s a bit noisy too. But I think they are upgrading their facilities so hopefully it will be better next time!

My only suggestion for improvement is the bathroom: it needs a place to hang wet clothes after the beach, pool, or spa. Everything else was perfect.

Great hotel in the best area. Staff are wonderful
Pros:

In the perfect location, one street back from the beach and right in the middle of all the action. The staff were amazing. Soooo friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The shower. Possibly THE worst shower ever experienced in a hotel. No screen so water gets absolutely everywhere.

Penthouse Stay
Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse, which was a great size, with a balcony. The buffet breakfast had excellent options, and staff were always friendly and helpful. The two pools were great and never busy.

I'd like it if the balcony had chairs and a small table.
