Hotel Tashkent Palace

The place is located in congested market area. The taxi cant reach till the hotel entrance. One of the bed had pigeon excreta when we entered the room. The bed linens and pillow covers were dirty. Will not recommend the stay with family. Not worth for the money spent.

Peace-full stay. Good behavior of staff.

The property was spelly and not as described the staff was not brothed if we stay or not, a complete let down

Not as expected. No chairs n table provided. Bottle water charged more than 60 percent compared to mrp. Room small

Ot what we expected pics must have been taked a good while ago . Smelt bad too , the staff were pleasant, but 1 night was enough sorry .

Excellent value for money, clean and polite staff

This hotel is in a good quite location not far from all the main roads. The hotel staff is very attentive and nice. The food is also good at the restaurant. We loved it and are staying more days.

Cuando llegamos Nos dieron una habitación con mucho olor a podrido y muy sucia, que además no era la que habíamos reservado. Pedimos el cambio y nos dieron otra peor (esta vez con olor a cigarrillo y un hueco en la pared que daba a la calle) y diciéndonos que esa era la habitación que habíamos reservado. El baño era diferente a la única foto que muestran del mismo.
El agua caliente para la ducha había que pedirla con 15 minutos de anticipación.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
El desayuno estaba incluido Pero se negaron a darnoslo porque argumentaban que a ellos no les aparecía en nuestra reserva. Por suerte llamamos a Hoteles.com y nos recompensaron.
El personal de la entrada era nada amable y nos trataron mal cuando fuimos a reclamar el desayuno.
La ubicación es HORRIBLE, está en un callejón que no entran autos, oscuro y no hay lugares para comer cerca.

I used 3 hotels in Paharganj and it was the most satisfactory.

Das Hotel nach an der Rezeption, im Vergleich zu den anderen Unterkünften in der Gegend, einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Bett war gemütlich und sauber, das Bad leider eher weniger. Da Delhi ein wenig hektischer ist und man doch gerne mal die Zeit zum Ausruhen in Zimmer verbringen möchte, war es gut, dass es einen Fernseher mit sehr großer und guter Auswahl an Programmen gab. Das Frühstück war leider eher mau und nicht allzu lecker. Außerdem war es komisch, dass uns bei unserer Ankunft direkt Wasser angeboten wurde, was wir dann später bezahlen mussten. Auch zu einem teureren Preis als woanders. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist hektisch und teilweise überfordernd, allerdings findet man schnell was zu essen (falls der Magen es verträgt) und leckeren Chai. Internet hat die meiste Zeit ganz gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft sieht so aus, als ob sie renoviert wird. Ob das so ist oder es immer so aussieht, kann man leider nicht genau sagen.

Don't be afraid with the neigborhood, this hotel is in one of the worst place of Delhi, but is such an experience being there! In the other hand, it is close to metro and train station, so it's easy to go everywhere. Hotel is good for the price. On the first day pigeons entered our bathroom but they proptly changed our room.
If you are in a budget, this is a good choice.

not that plesant stay, i book difrent room but given diffrent room. in apps shows come with breakfast after made book shows no breakfast.

Inmejorable relación calidad-precio.Despues de probar en otros Hoteles, Nos vinimos a este por los comentarios y la verdad, es que es lo mejorcito de la zona, que viene a ser Un lugar muy ruidoso y superpoblado. Muy recomendable. Lean otros comentarios y contrasten.Nuevo y Limpio y el personal agradable.

It s a nice hotel located in the busy paharganj area. Walking distance from train station where you an find a tourist bureau and buy your tickets by yourself. Owners are very kind, helpful and honest and give you trustful information about India and Delhi. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here at the time I would come back to Delhi.

Ik kan niks anders zeggen dan dat mijn verblijf hier perfect was! Ik heb 20 dagen door Rajasthan gereisd met een tour, dus heb ik veel hotels bezocht. Wat een verademing toen ik na de tour in dit budget hotel terecht kwam. En budget is hier enkel van toepassing op de prijs. Het bed was hemels, het water altijd warm, veel plaats ook! De hoteleigenaars spreken heel goed Engels en zijn echt altijd bereid om te helpen! Het is hier ook super als alleen reizende (vrouw), het prachtige dakterras is een geweldige ontmoetingsplaats voor medereizigers zodat je je hier nooit alleen voelt. Dus wat mij betreft 10/10 en bedankt Tashkent!
