Beautiful rooms, services own tropical grounds, spacious, to, WiFi? Patio, fridge. Comfortable bed, settee and vanity unit. Plenty of sockets and great views. Only a 10 min drive from most places.
Great place to stay but nothing around and it was Sonogram so difficult getting transport. It's says beach but no beach rocky. it rained for a full day so nothing much to do. Staff were lovely.

Good hotel by the beach, but the little beach accesible from the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so communication was an issue. Mediocre buffet breakfast, the food was almost always cold. The a la carte menu at the restaurant is short, but the food was good, if overpriced.

The hotel is a very stunning area with beautiful views. The rooms are large, clean, but dated. The staff is very friendly, but work at a slow pace. The breakfast is terrible and selections limited and repetitive. The food was not covered and the warming trays were not on. The pools look like they have algae.

Loved Arawan, me and my partner booked the private pool room for our honeymoon and it was amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the resort looks amazing
Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel.
The pool area was okay, unfortunately the beautiful mountains there covers the sun a lot during the afternoon. The staff were nice and helpful

For a hotel in this pricerange its a very bad deal. Also it seems the hotel caters to cheap russian charter tourism.
Great little place. Super staff. Everything was really clean and the hotel has everything you need. The laundry service takes two days, which is a bummer. The included breakfast is incredible!
Et meget slidt og beskidt hotel. Vi måtte flytte værelser (vi havde booket 3 værelser til 9 overnatninger) pga myrer i sengene og det vi tror var en væggelus. De nye værelser vi fik var istandsatte, men også her var der myrer og kakerlakker.
Morgenmaden var dårlig og stod uden overdækning, så myrer og fluer havde fri adgang. Kaffekopperne var gamle og beskidte. Der blev spillet så høj musik til morgenmaden, at flere bad om at få skruet ned for lyden.
Hotellet ligger langt fra byen, men der stod skrevet at der gik en gratis bus frem og tilbage fra byen. Det var så ikke korrekt, det var mod betaling. Hotellet kalder sig for et Beach resort - det kan ikke være mere misvisende, det kan ikke bades i det vand. Det var beskidt og der var meget skrald på stranden.

The property is not a 4 Star Property as advertised on Expedia - it is a 3 Star Property - it is misleading.
The Property advertises that there is a free shuttle to city but there is no free shuttle service - again misleading.
The Breakfast in terrible and needs to improve in its quality.
The staff is very polite and try to help - no complaints against them. Most staff members have limited English speaking skill and at times leading to miscommunication.
The location is nice, quiet and serene with poor connectivity.
Aircondition fungere dårligt, sengene er ikke gode. Vandhanen og bruse hovedet er i stykker eller helt kalket til. Morgenmaden er forfærdelig da der ikke er nogle sammenhæng eller noget at vælge i mellem. Fx er der ingen pålæg kun brød og smør

Arawan Krabi Beach Resort boasts a stunning location right on the water, offering breathtaking views. However, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming, which might be a disappointment for some.
The resort's remote location limits dining options both on-site and nearby. While the staff is friendly and helpful, the inconsistent Wi-Fi was frustrating.
Overall, the resort's beautiful setting and excellent service are overshadowed by the limited beach access and dining options.
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Ich habe nur schade gefunden, dass ich beim Check-out mit "Spasiva" verabschiedet wurde. Netter hätte ich es in der thailändischen Sprache gefunden. Aber sonst war alles sehr zufriedenstellend.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful pools and the friendliest staff!! Very accommodating staff with a delicious welcome drink. The resort is about 10-12 minutes from all of the action/restaurants.
Staff were so wonderful and helpful. ESPECIALLY MOOK!!! Such an amazing help. Really takes excellent care of her guests and certainly goes above and wayy beyond for everyone. Such a sweet human being as well. I wish her great success in the future. She made my stay nothing short of extraordinary.
