気配りが足らない備品担当者の居るホテル

施設は綺麗でホテル周辺の飲食店も豊富なので、ひとり旅には快適です。、

Cons:

アメニティが不足すぎてひとり旅には不満です。
シャンプーハットなんて要らないけど、歯ブラシ1本くらいはセットして欲しかったです

彦根は初めてでしたが、いい思い出になったホテルでした！ありがとうございました！
Pros:

駐車場もあるし、彦根城の近くというのがよかったです。
ひこにゃんグッズもたくさんあってみていて楽しかったです。
アメニティに使い切りの化粧水とかあるとよかったのですが、環境保護のためとあると文句も言えないなと思いました。
朝ごはんはとても良い和食で、ご当地の赤こんにゃくもあって美味しかったです。
コインランドリーもあって助かりました。

入口にお土産コーナーがあってよかった
古そうだが清潔感はあった
入口にコーヒーや紅茶のセッティングがあり宿泊者は無料で飲めたのが嬉しかった

駅に近く、飲食店にも近い。バイクで行ったが屋根付きの場所に停めてもらえた。

チェックインの時に、なぜか二重予約になっていてそ、予約確認メールも一つ項目しかなかったし不思議でした。ホテルのスタッフさんが、丁寧優しく対応して下さった。
