J’ai reçu aucun service pour cette réservation. J’attend toujours les remboursements.
Pros:

L’établissement m’a informé à 11h le matin qu’il me relocalisait. Ils ne semblent pas avoir annuler ma réservation via Booking, je dois donc faire une demande pour annuler mes frais de pénalité. J’ai aussi dû réserver une troisième chambre parce que l’hôtel où ils m’ont délocalisé n’offre pas de chambre à 6.

It was good, but it could been better if no snow on the parking lot

It was snowing and we checked out at 10 and it didn’t have any shovels the parking lot yet and no salt was put down, more slippery than ever
