Se estiver a trabalho não pode contar com a internet do hotel
Quarto do 1° piso com muito barulho de funcionários desde as 5 horas da manhã, tive que solicitar troca, no que fui prontamente atendida.

Cons:

Funcionários ficavam conversando e discutindo alto em meio aos hóspedes, de forma não profissional. Principalmente no café. E sobre o café, demoravam 30min ou mais pra repor itens importantes que acabavam, tipo ovo.

Camera moderna, bagno ottimo (luci da posizionare meglio). Colazione varia e abbondante

Staff sbrigativo. Ascensore super lento. Palestra datata e senza asciugamani. Deposito bagagli a pagamento.

Not what i expected
Pros:

Location and the stuff.

Cons:

Their advert is false .
The gym look like a ghetto gym with broken equipment while in the website it so attractive. Plus it open at 9, so it difficult to plan your day ahead if you have plan to train first.
The breakfast was a disaster.
Our room was right under the swimming pool, we couldn’t sleep because of the swimming pump noise.

3 elevadores e os 3 com problema, inclusive um grupo ficou preso no elevador. Chuveiro com problema, apito ensurdecedor pela falta de manutenção em algum equipamento, queda de energia elétrica ocorreu em 2 momentos.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Localização excelente. Bom café da manhã. Quarto silêncioso, janela anti ruído bloqueia o barulho da rua

Limpeza e iluminação, especialmente do banheiro. Pouca iluminação, ou luzes ineficazes para iluminar o ambiente, limpeza no chão e no banheiro um pouco a desejar. Água do chuveiro não escoa, empoça no box

Valeu o preço que pagamos, fomos bem atendidos e voltaria novamente.

A localização é muito boa, fica a 2 quarteirões da Av. Atlântica. O hotel tem um excelente custo benefício, o café da manhã estava bem servido, as acomodações limpas e confortáveis. O Miguel nos atendeu super bem desde o nosso checkin e inclusive conseguiu antecipar nosso checkin, porque nosso voo chegou cedo e fomos direto pro hotel, guardamos as coisas e algumas horas antes do horário de checkin nos foi permitido o acesso ao quarto. Os funcionários do hotel foram sempre muito solícitos e não tivemos problemas. O hotel valeu o preço que pagamos e nos atendeu de forma satisfatória!

Cons:

A academia poderia ter mais pesos, como queríamos um hotel com academia pra treinar todos os dias, esse foi um ponto importante na escolha, e na hora dos treinos tinha poucas opções de alteres, por exemplo.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo, las habitaciones cómodas, se veía el Cristo redentor. Nuestr habitación no tenía agua caliente y nos solucionaron rápidamente el problema
