De um modo geral hotel agradável e bem localizado.
Cama muito boa e grande
Os lençóis da cama apesar de bem higienizados e limpos já estavam a precisar de serem novos. O pequeno almoço variado mas com pouca qualidade
Infelizmente nós deram o menor quarto, muito apertado.

Nada, el hotel está muy descuidado
El personal no es para nada atento, tuvimos un problema grave porque la señorita que limpió nuestra habitación se robó un palo de selfie y los de la recepción no nos quisieron ayudar a recuperarlo, al día siguiente mintieron diciendo que nos habíamos olvidado el palo de selfie en el restaurante cuando jamás lo dejamos ahí, pésimo lugar realmente, nunca mas volvería para allá, la piscina de arriba donde supuestamente tienen un bar siempre está vacía y no hay ni música ambientada, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para el precio y no tienen ni veladores, no me gusto para nada la estadía en este hotel, pésima experiencia.

O apartamento que fiquei estava com a abertura da porta do box do banheiro extremamente barulhenta e um pouco rigida. Seria bom um conserto.
En general todo, habitaciones, desayuno, el ascensor funcionaba bien, la cama 10/10 cómoda y grande, ubicación, aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, etc
El desayuno era rico y variado pero algunos artículos no tenían etiqueta por ejemplo quería sacar agua de un termo/hervidor pero era leche, cafe u otro jsjsj no salía el nombre de lo que era más abajo, y lo otro falta aseo en la piscina, pero nada más, todo lo demás ok

O hotel é perfeito, não tenho do que reclamar. O atendimento foi perfeito, a limpeza impecável, o café da manhã maravilhoso, só tenho elogios. Com certeza quando eu for a Copacabana irei me hospedar aqui novamente.

Staff not friendly. During check in and check out staff not addressing our questions, constantly distracted. Online checked should be an option, and not mandatory. Waiting more than 10 minutes to try to do the check in until the staff adress our situation.
Al llegar no habían habitaciones disponibles a pesar de dejarnos hacer la reserva en línea por lo que nos asignaron la suite principal superior sin costo alguno, me pareció un lindo gesto. El desayuno muy completo y excelente. El chico de recepción en la noche súper amable y atento
Problemas en las tuberías y al hacer check out te quieren cobrar algo del mini bar de la habitación aunque no se haya tomado nada de allí. Por lo que hay que estar atento a eso. Parece que a todos los que estábamos haciendo check out en ese momento nos estaban haciendo lo mismo
