Pros:

Extremamente limpo, equipe flexível as demandas. Ponto alto ao cara do checkin e do checkout.

Cons:

Equipe do restaurante. Um colaborador arrogante, sem vontade alguma em atender. Mesmo assim não houve ninguém para tomar a frente da situação para resolver ou punir o mesmo.

Pros:

Excelente ubicacion, sector tranquilo. Excelente higiene, limpieza de las areas comunes, reposicion de alimentos en buffet a tiempo. Muy buena atencion. Volveriamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

Cons:

Se podria mejorar el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, presento algunas intermitencias, pero nada grave.

Pros:

Bem localizado, limpo e confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito simples e desorganizado. Não acomoda muitas pessoas, desci as 9:45 e não havia mais lugar nem comida. A comida do restaurante é muito cara e muito ruim.

Cons:

De 6 noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado en 3. Se aviso desde la primera noche y hasta la mitad de la estadia lo solucionaron. Toallas super viejas

Não tinha outra opção, experiência ruim.
Pros:

Cama confortável.

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção, limpeza das áreas comuns, manutenção dos ambientes. Quarto sem cortinas para vedar a luz do sol na manhã, não tomamos café da manhã, pois sempre com filas e neste ponto não posso opinar.
