Bequemes Bett (aber nur ca 1,8 m lang). Gute Lage, direkt neben einem Hawker Center.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und deswegen mit 2 Koffern eine kleine Herausforderung.

The staff! The beautiful kind lady in the morning gifted me her pencil (i was going to buy one) and helped with booking a ride to the bus station so that I wouldn’t be late! She even told the driver about making sure to be on time! The gentleman in the evening is very handsome and polite. The rooms don’t have any additions like tooth/brush/paste, or a hair dryer. The rooms come with towels..and im sure there’s a hair dryer downstairs if you need to borrow one. This keeps their costs down and many high end hotels don’t even offer these and still charge an arm and a leg!

Had a wonderful time and the staff members are kind and welcoming
Pros:

The manager Samantha was very kind and welcoming. I loved the staff members who were working there. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The room was nice for a budget hotel. The location was nice and many places are in a a walkable distance.

Cons:

There are no windows but at least the air conditioning in my room worked well. There needs to be bigger bins to put trash as there is only one in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The shower water wasn’t very hot and the water pressure was average.

Very clean and excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Not far from the metro.

Cons:

The downtown area where the hotel is located is not - to say the least - the nicest in KL. While the hotel's street itself looks nice those streets around it aren't and there are moreover quite a few homeless people, some really in need of some serious help. Honestly it looks and feels more like the downtown area of a US city than an Asian one.

Reliable good hotel but now with loud nightclub next door
Pros:

A reliable good place to stay with great staff - I've stayed many times over the years visiting KL.

Cons:

A new nightclub has recently opened next door playing loud bass music most nights from 10pm-3am. So the loud booming music combined with loud patrons outside until 3-4am makes it very difficult/impossible to sleep in some rooms. So you need to pick your room carefully if loud noise all night bothers you. So sad since this was my default place to stay for years. I hardly slept this 4 night stay.

酒店的位置非常好，旁边就是地铁站。徒步到双峰塔大约20分钟左右，前台工作人员热情。房间小没窗户但格局还不错，有空调 热水很好。

Cons:

房间里没有水，没有水杯。每次都要去一楼打水。有的麻烦～
