Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Utrecht kommen sollten, dann wir wir auf jeden Fall wieder in Eye Hotel übernachten
Pros:

Alles hat uns gefallen. Ein sehr hübsches Hotel mit interessanter Geschichte. Sehr gute Lage. Das Personal ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Loved the town, the hotel and its staff.
Pros:

Check in and staff was/were great and the location is an easy 15 minute walk from the station. Room was bright and airy, but had aircon if needed. Breakfast was more than sufficient and with lots of choice delivered on a single tray. The town is great, small and not too busy with plenty of bars and restaurants, the hotel is central, but not affected by crowds or noise

Cons:

Did not bother us, but the open plan arrangement of shower/basin may not suit all people in terms of privacy. Again it did not bother us, but top floor is not accessible via the lift and is via some steep steps.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were consistently helpful, kind, and friendly, and they went above and beyond to support me after a very long flight, which made a huge difference to my experience.
The location was excellent — right in the heart of everything, with plenty of nearby options for food, groceries, and essential supplies within easy walking distance. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
My room was unique, beautiful, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and welcoming space to return to each day. Overall, it was an exceptional stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrect.

Das kein Fenster nach draußen war, nur zum Flur! Man konnte ins Zimmer schauen !

Wonderful
Pros:

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. The family room was huge and over looking the street, but really quiet and dark at night, and with aircon which was a blessing as it was over 30 degrees outside. Incredibly well located for the Old Town, everything is on your door step. Service was incredible, they couldn't have done more for us. Can't wait to return.

Sehr gute Lage.

Nette Mitarbeiter, Kaffee und stilles Wasser umsonst an der Rezeptrion.

Cons:

Anreise durch Feiertag er schwerlich, mussten 800 Meter mit den Koffern durch die Stadt, da Straße vorm Hotel gesperrt. Kein Hinweis vom Hotel per Mail oder SMS.

Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, kein Zimmerservice.

Kein Aufenthaltsraum, im Frühstücksraum kann man abends sitzen.

WICHITG.
Mit dem Auto muss man in ein Parkhaus ca. 800 Meter entfernt parken - bitte beachten.
