Pros:

Very nice location. Well situated. The rooms were nice, good beds, lovely pillows. Staff provided two additional pillows at our request. Very good lighting. A nice sofa and chair area. Lots of nice restaurants close by. There was a bit of noice from the street but very tolerable. Good breakfast and very pleasant staff. Loved Utrecht. Nice place to stay.

Pros:

Location is right in the city centre, great for sightseeing and dining out; less so if one intends to sleep at night.

Cons:

I don't that the set breakfast works that well: it's fairly limited and gets tiring already on the second day.
At the top floor right under the roof, one can hear all the noises from outside (and there are many!) and smell all the smells from the chimney. Beams in the room would've been more charming if they were higher up: I can imagine someone a bit taller than average would risk hitting their head.

Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Utrecht-stad of de ruime omgeving
Pros:

Hotel op een geweldige locatie met behulpzaam personeel en lekker ontbijt.
Wij maakten gebruik van de fietsverhuur en dat was ook prima geregeld.

Cons:

De lavabo in de slaapkamer zelf was voor ons als koppel geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat twee vriend(inn)en dit niet erg handig vinden.
Voor de rest viel er echt niks aan te merken
