Pros:

Престоят ни в GRIFID Arabella беше много приятен. Хотелът е чист и добре поддържан, храната е вкусна и разнообразна, а анимацията за децата е наистина добра – има занимания и забавления, които ги държат ангажирани и им доставят удоволствие. Персоналът също беше любезен и като цяло останахме много доволни.

Cons:

Единственият минус за нас беше масовото „запазване“ на шезлонги с кърпи както на плажа, така и около басейните. Още от рано сутрин много шезлонги са заети с кърпи, без реално да се използват с часове, което затруднява намирането на свободно място. Би било добре хотелът да има по-строг контрол върху това.
Въпреки този недостатък, бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме, особено за семейства с деца.

Un sejur OK
Pros:

Personalul zambitor , calitatea si diversitatea felurilor de mancare, preocuparea pentru mancarea sanatoasa, ideea de late breakfast si late lunch.

Cons:

Sezlonguri insuficiente la plaja , nu este beach bar, instalatiile de climatizare din hotel necesita inocuire, noaptea fac zgomot.

Nu mai venim aici!

Locație bună, mâncare bună ! Curat!

Cons:

La câți bani am dat aveam pretenții mai mari! Apă nu mai ajunge la etajul 7 când face duș mai multă lume . Chiar sunt furnici , multe! Băutură foarte slabă , toată diluată ! Muzică toată noaptea de peste drum , dacă ai somnul un pic mai sensibil nu poți dormi deoarece se aude fiare bine !

Not worh it.
Pros:

What was good: The Hotel is nice and clean. We got a room upgrade - Thank you.

Cons:

What was bad: We chose a better hotel just to make sure the food will be better, but it was a huge dissapointment. Same food our whole stay. 1 type of fish, 2 meats, and thats that. Basically we had no good food for the whole stay. No specials, no seafood. Not a single prawn. Will not visit again. You can get the same food in a hotel for half that price. No watermelon on lunch... The deserts are absolutely gross, all made from fake cream they taste horrible. Ice cream is tragic do not eat it its just some powdered ice cream. Want a cofee, good luck waiting in a line for 20 minutes in the morning as only one person makes it, asked for a cappuchoino, got a Latte. Staff cant speak english, even the receptionists. Why employ teenagers when they are absolutely incompetent. Asked where the mini club is and how it works, the poor boy had no idea and started lising in his instructions manual... Could not say a word in english. Firts day we went to our designated beach, only to find that the hotels beach part was rented to a jetski race, the whole part... so we could not access the beach and safely watch our kid. Be aware that the promised aquapart is not there, you can only get a transfer to it in the afternoon for either 2 or 4 hrs. Needless to say it was overcrowded. Be prepared to listen to music till 2am as the disco from the beach is so loud. Unfortunatelly the stay was not worth it and I do not recommend the hotel for the price.

צוות הקבלה לא מיומן ...שלחו אותנו לים מסביב ..במקום מהשער הירוק ...
ביקשנו קופסא עם אוכל לטיסה וכמובן לא הכינו לנו ...
לא היה מקום במסעדה האיטלקית כבר מהשעה הראשונה שהגענו ל 4 לילות..במקרה ראיתי שהתפנה מקום....
