Volcano Beach Hotel

Sehr unpersönliches Hotel. Besitzerin war nur ein paar mal zu sehen und hat dann die Einfahrt des Mini-Parkhauses verparkt, da sie wohl Angst hatte aus dem Parkhaus nicht raus zu kommen. Außerdem hätte ich in einer Woche mehr als einmal einen Handtuchwechsel erwartet und das Bettzeug kam mir auch nicht wirklich gut vor.

Si quiere hacer rendir su dinero, mejor haga una hoguera con él y haga una bbq pero no gaste su dinero en este hotel. Mal servicio de atención al cliente, peor servicio de comunicación y de reservas. Pagué tres noches y no disfruté ninguna porque el servicio de reservas me la anuló y luego me hizo el cargo sin poder hacer la devolución del dinero ni disfrutar de mis días de vacaciones.

En serio, es preferible pagar más dinero por otro alojamiento y no quedarse aquí. En Tenerife hay muchísima oferta hotelera que cuidan y tratan bien a los clientes. Este alojamiento tiene mucho mucho que aprender respecto a ello.

Vreemde check in. 's middags en 's avonds is er geen personeel aanwezig.
Receptie was moeilijk te vinden (op 2e etage zonder verwijsbordjes). Receptioniste moet met eigen mobiele telefoon gebeld worden, waarna het ca 15 min. duurde voordat ze arriveerde.
Vreemd dat er geen bel is.

Sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen. Tiefgarage nur mit kleinem Auto zu benutzen und guten Einparkkünsten; Ausstattung in Ordnung, sehr gepflegt und sauber

We arrived as was told that there were no rooms, for us? After arguing for 3 hours we were offered and apartment nearby? 1km and although it was more that described in the booking, it was clearly, a friends home, we had no choice but to stay as we were unable to book elsewhere at short notice, as Tenerife in January is busy and we would of had to pay more to change, money we did not have? This is not a good place to stay and will be writing a strong email in complaint shortly

Det var lungt och tyst. Men problem var det med att ingen personal fanns på hotellet mesta tiden, Inga tandborstglas eller glas att dricka vatten ur. På morgon gick det att få frukost men den kostade 80:- p.p och det var en mycket enkel frukost.

Easy and convenient from the airport so long as you have a car . BUT be warned the carpark is suitable for only small cars anything larger than a golf or Panda and you really will be doing a 27 point turn to get out of the multi pillared underground car park .

Breakfast was great, Free wifi and Local restaurants rather nice. Over all a quiet and peaceful place to stay but not the place to go if you want to party or be on the beach all day

Wir hatten ein DZ gebucht, haben ein großes Appartment bekommen. Tolle Aussicht im netten Bergort. Sehr steile 8 KM zum Strand. NICHT für Beachurlaub geeignet. PKW umbedingt notwendig. Ansonsten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr nett und freundlich.

Surprisingly Got a nice apartment instead of just a room, but in turn the wifi did not have internet there.

el hotel se lo recomiendo a todas las personas que quieran disfrutar de buen viaje en tenerife es un hotel en primer lugar super barato de precio, limpio, el personal muy amable, esta en una zona super tranquila, piscina grande todo es perfecto

Frühstück südlich einfach ,doch gut (Preis -leistung)
Täglich Handtuchwechsel,nach 3 Nächte auch Bettwäsche :-)
Lage sehr gut ,sehr ruhig ,sicher
Garagenzufahrt etwas schwierig,doch möglich
Leider waren keine Buchungsunterlagen im Hotel auffinbar ,doch es gab trotzdem ein Zimmer unserer Wahl

Room was quite nice, the view from the room window was very good.
Quality of service could been better.
Location is good, if you want peaceful vacation.

Agradable, no faltó de nada y todo muy bien, incluyendo que además había una persona que estaba de baja y seguían dando servicio correcto para cualquier cosa
