Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, sehr gute Lage, Zimmer nach hinten wählen dort ist es ruhiger

Cons:

We had to check in and out with somebody in Lausanne via video - unbelievable!
We had an exchange of messages with somebody at the hotel a few weeks before our arrival and the guy in Lausanne had no knowledge of this.
There were some small problems with the room, but as there were no staff at the hotel there was no point in reporting it.
I have travelled a lot in my life, but this was the lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel anywhere.
We will not be returning.

Pros:

L'emplacement proche du centre ville, la chambre confortable et parking gratuit.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dommage, forte chaleur lors de notre séjour donc bruyant la fenêtre ouverte, car nos voisins ont discutés jusqu'au petit matin sur leur balcon.
L'odeur de cigarettes dans le couloir très désagréable.
