Ailece çok memnun kaldık
Pros:

Otel çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda yardımcı oldular. Çıkış saatimiz gelmiş olmasına rağmen, şehri gezerken kiraladığımız aracın otelin garajında kalmasına izin vermeleri bizim için büyük kolaylık sağladı. Çocuğumuz için bebek karyolası hazırlanmıştı ve odamız oldukça temizdi. Misafir memnuniyetine önem veren, rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Coffee. They offer instant coffee through a machine. I was expecting a fresh brewed real coffee for a 4 star hotel.
The 'breakfast is good and the coffee machine works fine, but drinking instant coffee does not fit Balkans expectations.

Pros:

La localización es la mejor de Sarajevo. Las habiatacioena son grandes y muy cómodas. Tiene parking cerrado pero hay que reservar.

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno estuvo bien, me esperaba algo más para un 4 estrellas.

In the heart of Bascarsija
Pros:

Unbeatable location. The hotel, especially room was gorgeous, breathtaking views overlooking old town of Sarajevo. Very clean facilities. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was superb.

Great location but poor value for money
Pros:

Very close to tram stops and old town.

Cons:

Facilities such as ironing have to be paid for there is not one available to use. This is usually provided as a standard in other hotels.
