- عدم الالتزام بتنظيف الغرف وتوفير حوائجها (فرش الأسنان)

Great location, lovely room, breakfast needs improving.
Pros:

We checked in here after leaving the totally inappropriate hotel our travel company booked us into. This was a lovely contrast, we booked via booking.com and had a large room with a very large bathroom and a balcony with a view over the town. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and it was a lovely room to come back to and spend time in. The only downside for us was the breakfast which was rather limited, but I suspect typical for Sarajevo, and in particular the coffee from the machine was really bad. Although breakfast was included we actually had ours out for the remainder of the stay.

Tesisin sadece konumu güzeldi. Odaların temizliği iyiydi ama verdiğimiz paraya değmiyor

Öncelikle kahvaltısı aşırı zayıf kahvaltı personeli çok kaba hijyen yok maalesef verdiğimiz paranın karşılığı alamadık bir daha gidersem kesinlikle apart tutucam

احببت موقع الفندق جدا و احببت تعامل موظفي الاستقبال و احترافيتهم غعود لزيارته في اي مرة ازور فيها سراييفو
