Temiz, düzenli, konum olarak da gayet iyi.

Pros:

Otelin lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Baş çarşı ve alışveriş mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Konumuna diyecek söz yok.

Cons:

İki yetişkin bir çocuk konakladık. İki kişilik odaya 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapmama izin verdi booking .5.5 yaşındaki çocuk için nasıl bir yatak çözümü sunduklarına dair gitmeden önce mail attım otele . Üç kişilik oda satışı olmadığı fakat rezerve ettiğimiz odanın üç kişi konaklaması için uygun olduğu cevabını verdiler. Gittiğimizde üçüncü bir yatak yoktu odada. Resepsiyona başvurduk. Birkaç dakika sonra yere tabiri caizse bir döşek serdiler üzerine bir yorgan ve yastık. Yani açılır kapanır bir yatak bile değildi. Bu yönden eksi bir değerlendirme yapıyorum üzülerek. Portatif bir yatak olsa yine kabulumuz ama kış günü yer yatağında yatmak garip oldu. Onun dışında otelin temizligine çalışanlarına yönelik tüm izlenimlerim olumlu. Yalnızca kahvaltıda en azından tipik Boşnak böreklerini de görmek isterdim.

Замечательное место куда хочется вернуться
Pros:

Супер отель, отличное расположение, выходишь и оказываешься в старом городе, просто пахнет шармом и местным колоритом отовсюду. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Очень чисто, приветливый персонал. Единственное кофе так себе на завтраке, но это не критично так как гораздо приятнее выпить чашечку настоящего боснийского кофе в каком нибудь милом кафе на улочкмх старого города а если еще и с бахлавой из Bahlava Ducan то вообще сказка.
Всё на высшем уровне.
До аэропорта на такси ехать минут 20-30 в зависимости от трафика.

Bel hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de la vieille ville. Chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la vieille ville et la montagne. Accueil très aimable et très efficace. Bon petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre très propre avec très bonne literie et très bien équipée. L'hôtel a son propre parking en sous-sol, ce qui est très appréciable en centre ville. En résumé, une très bonne adresse où il fait bon revenir.

Cons:

Bien que la chambre soit prévue pour 3 personnes, peu d'espace pour circuler dans la chambre quand il y a un lit d'appoint.
