Good hotel for the city
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Mr Haris was particularly nice and gave me a lot of help.

Pros:

The check in staff (Vedran) was really pleasant and accommodating. The location was excellent - just on the boundary of the Old Town so easy to arrive and avoids congestion inside and has a tram line within a few meters. We had the balcony view and so the views were good and rooms are clean.

Really good at the heart of the city
Pros:

It is super well located, really central. The room was super clear and big! Breakfast was also really nice and the staff was really friendly

Cons:

My room was facing the street so you could hear the tram. Something more of a suggestion: it would be great if there could be lactose free milk (oat, soy or almond i.e) :) but this was not so bad

Fabulous hotel, in great location
Pros:

We loved the location, it couldn't have been better and very easy to get from the airport by bus. The view of the river from our room was fabulous. The breakfast had an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Perfect staff and location. Made us a breakfast to go without any issues as we had to go on train early next morning. Room was clean and well maintained. Had some issues with air con initially, but that was sorted quickly
