Destaco la atención de los Recepcionistas Fabrizio y Alexia 🙌; nos ayudaron qué hacer y dónde ir cada día !!! Siempre bien predispuestos con una sonrisa; a la vuelta de cada excursión preguntándonos cómo lo habíamos pasado 🙌; el hotel también cuenta con Spa, Sauna Seco y Gym; las instalaciones perfectas, la pileta ly su temperatura ideal…

La temperatura en la habitacion un poco alta para mi gusto . Y el baño y la ducha me hubiese gustado q este mas separado de la cama, mas privado seria mejor

No brindan desayuno a la habitación, la confitería tiene un menu pero al escribir al número te derivan a otro numero que no responden.
El tele tiene aproximadamente 10 canales.
No tienen frazadas extras en el placard.
Al llegar te piden que hagas el check in desde tu celular escaneando un QR. Hay que cargar los datos y adjuntar fotos de dni de frente y dorso de todos los huespedes, algo bastante molesto cuando uno llega de muchas horas de viaje y está con el equipaje aguardando. Además una cuestión de servicio me parece que sería ideal que ellos gestionen lo administrativo.
Nos hospedamos varias veces y en esta oportunidad noté una baja en la calidad y en los detalles
Desayuno buffet muy variado y completo. Habitación amplia y cómoda.

Cocheras muy chicas, no es fácil con vehículo grande.
