Muy buena opcion de alojamiento.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion, cuenta con cochera de pago extra. camas muy comodas. Muy buena ubicacion en pleno centro, frente a la playa. Desayuno super variado, muy completo.
cuenta con sauna y piscina como complemento de servicios.

Habitaciones muy amplias y excelente atención frente al mar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en primera línea de playa y en la avenida principal. Las habitaciones y los baños son enormes, con una sensación de amplitud poco habitual, casi como estar en un palacio. El personal destaca por su amabilidad y predisposición constante a ayudar, y el hotel dispone de aparcamiento (con coste adicional) y piscina, aunque es pequeña.

Cons:

Como aspectos mejorables, el ascensor es extremadamente lento. El desayuno se sirve en un patio interior, por lo que se oyen ruidos en las habitaciones, y la variedad es algo limitada; además, el comedor está ubicado en una entreplanta algo peculiar.

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y tiene bonitas vistas al mar. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda, especialmente la cama, y bonita.Incluye acceso al spa con sauna y piscina climatizada. El desayuno tiene muchísimas opciones para todos los gustos y están continuamente reponiendo.

Pros:

La ubicación de Hotel Pirén es perfecta, lo ideal para turistas. Está situada en la calle principal, junto al gran paseo y la playa – una variedad de restaurantes, restobares, mini mercados, agencias de turismo, tiendas de souvenirs, una farmacia grande todo a unas cuadas. Además, la plaza mayor está unas cuadrad del hotel. Todo plano, fácil para caminar o usar una bici. Un lugar perfecto para empezar excursiones a Peninsuoa Valdés o Punta Tombo. Hotel Pirén tiene interior simpático algo de estilo boutique. Staff muy amable, sin excepción. Finalmente, hay que mencionar una piscina, con agua temperado, miniatura pero bastante para nadas unos metros tranquilo.

Cons:

Yo preferiría un escritorio más amplio que una mesita rotunda que no sirve bien como escritorio. El desayuno no es tan rico, aunque ponga una buena ensalada de frutas y sandía. Por mi propia culpa, es que me equivoqué con fechas, vino un día después de lo pagado – no es la culpa de hotel, sin embargo en una situación similar, el otro hotel me había ofrecido un descuento por la extensión, no me cobraron 100%.

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, la habitación es cómoda, el desayuno impecable

La persona que habilita la habitación para su uso y te deja todo bien para tu llegada incluso el AA encendido, no pudo no darse cuenta que el AA hacía un ruido infernal e informarlo, como consecuencia estuvimos un día sin AA hasta que lo repararon, con todo lo que implica, gente trabajando etc.
Pedí en horas de la siesta un día un SAQUITO de te con limón para mi sra. y me cobraron 800 pesos, con boleta, se puede entender ese valor?

Pros:

Camera e bagno spaziosi. Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Colazione eccellente!

Cons:

La camera con vista è rumorosa perché affaccia su una strada trafficata. Sicuramente migliori le camere dall' altro lato.
