I got to stay at the El Rancho finally
Pros:

I am from Williston, Moved 38 years ago. El Rancho was one of the classiest hotels back then. It’s just starting to look run down on the outside where we stayed. The front looked great!

Cons:

When we went to go in. The door was standing wide open. We did check around- all was good but it was alittle uncomfortable

We didn't stay because the place was horrible!
Pros:

The lobby and restaurant looked very nice.

Cons:

One of my two rooms hadn't been cleaned, the other had stains on the comforter. The place didn't feel safe or welcoming at all. The young lady at the desk was not pleased to have to deal with our concerns. After two trips back to the front desk, and the attitude shown, I asked her for a refund and we would stay elsewhere. She agreed to cancel my reservation. So far, I still have charges pending on my account.

Zimmer eigentlich ok, aber laute Klimaanlage und laute Straße
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, groß und das Bett bequem. Bad war auch groß und ok, nur dass es keinen Toilettendeckel gab, fand ich seltsam.

Cons:

Viel zu laut: der Straßenverkehr ist sehr laut und ebenso die Klimaanlage. Man braucht sehr gute Ohrstöpsel oder man ist schwerhörig. Das Wifi ist leider unbrauchbar, ich konnte damit nicht mal einen Messenger nutzen.

All in all, it’s a bit pricey for what you get, but that’s just the market rate. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, there was no shampoo, and the bathroom was dirty.
