Correct. On recommande plutôt Sombra del Agua qui était mieux (avec un resto ++) et 50% moins cher!

Restaurant correct attenant à l'hôtel (mais celui de l'hotel Sombra del Agua de San Cristobal est bcp mieux!!!) avec un magnifique déco
Personnel très à l'écoute et très aimable
Petit cadeau de l'hôtel lors du check out (un paquet de café du chiapas)
Au final on recommande plutôt l'hotel Sombra del Agua qui est très bien pour 50% moins cher.

Cons:

Les 2 suites deluxe étaient sans fenêtres : c'est oppressant. Donc évitez les 2 suites deluxe, celles qui sont juste à l'entrée à côté du restaurant. Peut-être que les autres chambres sont mieux (avec fenêtres?) je ne sais pas...
Dans chacune des 2 suites deluxe, les lits étaient uniquement au 1er étage (avec SDB et WC au RDC)
Franchement décevant vu le prix élevé.
Emplacement central mais bruyant le soir, les restos sont trop proches..
Petit dej booking : choix limité (ex : café ou thé : le capuccino est en supplément!!). Surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing..

A charming and peaceful hotel in the heart of the historic center.
Pros:

The hotel decor is very inviting from the entrance to the traditional communal courtyard (patio) filled with flowers and a thriving herb garden. We had a delicious breakfast there every day. Our room (and bed) was very comfortable with its own little private courtyard. We loved that the hotel is in the heart of the historic center and yet is very calm and quiet. Staff were helpful, arranging transfer from the airport and helping with an overnight tour to Palenque for us, as well as storing our luggage.

Cons:

Sometimes communication was complicated as not all the staff could speak English and our Spanish is rudimentary - but we were able to make it work with Google Translate and goodwill on both sides. Shout out to José (manager on reception) and to our chatty breakfast waiter for their kindness.

It's a very clean and comfortable small hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

It's located right on the walking street in the center of town, and quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They don't use any plastic throwaways.
