Please note this property does not feature a elevator, therefore it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

Buena idea muy mal ejecutada
Pros:

La ducha funcionaba mal. El personal es escaso y poco motivado. El desayunos discreto. Me pareció caro para lo que es. La idea de un Castillo Medioeval es buena pero está muy poco cuidado y la atención es muy poco profesional. Las instalaciones no están bien mantenidas.

Cons:

Faltaban enchufes en la habitación (estuvimos en la Suite de la Princesa) absolutamente desproporcionado el precio para la calidad de lo obtenido. El Wifi no permitía cargar las páginas (usé el Wifi de mi teléfono) la ducha está mala. La cama tiene el colchón en mal estado. El desayuno es muy discreto, parece una colación de coelgio.

Mejora continua.
Pros:

Hermoso el lugar, te transporta a estar en otra época. Cada detalle de la decoración era maravilloso.

Cons:

En la habitación las lámparas tenían telas de arañas y una de las cama las sábanas estaban sucias y tenía una mancha pequeña como de sangre.y había un po o de olor a encierro.

La ubicacion y la atencion del personal. Han habido cambios positivos como el ingreso con tarjeta.

Cons:

El desayuno ha empeorado. En su tiempo habia opcion buffet que se echa de menos. Debiese estar opcion de cafe en grano y no en polvo. No hay mantequilla o mermelada, cereales en pequeñas cantidades, una exigua porcion de queque.
