Please note this property does not feature a elevator, therefore it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. O museu, as indumentárias disponíveis para tirar fotos, todo o ambiente, a música de fundo, a decoração, os jardins, o visual interno, tudo muito lindo! O detalhe de ter água quente para chá disponível todo o tempo também é muito agradável.

Cons:

A recepção poderia ser mais calorosa e entusiasta. Poderia promover mais a vivência da história do castelo, incentivar mais o envolvimento dos hóspedes no ambiente, já que é um hotel temático.

A magical stay
Pros:

It was a magical encounter with the past in the middle one of the most beautiful cities by the ocean in Santiago Chile. A genuine castle where you go in and you get lost like if you were in the middle of a movie.

Cons:

I don’t have anything bad to say about this property, but the only thing that I could say is that if you’re looking for the typical hotel stay this will not be your place. This is a magical castle, genuine with a bunch of stairs and countless rooms where Queens and Kings. If you want a different experience and make countless memories, this will be your place.

O castelo é lindo, tudo remete à época medieval

A limpeza em geral deixa a desejar, no quarto as janelas não tinham black-out e tinha luzes acesas no jardim, atrapalhando o sono. O café da manhã já foi servido com porções o que impede de vc escolher o que quer comer

En general nos gustó mucho, muy amables todos, pero abajo escribí unos detalles que se los menciono para que puedan observar y buscar soluciones. La ambientación excelente y muy llamativa. Creo que volvería a ir.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo bien, sólo que me llamó la atención que el sándwich estuviese sin envoltorio. La cama bien, pero la sabana era chica para los dos colchones, se salía en los bordes sola. también vimos que las fundas estaban con manchas y no se podía determinar si era suciedad por mal lavado o una mancha.

Puede mejorar con una mejor mantención y mejorar la amabilidad de recepción.

El lugar es muy bonito, y bien ubicado.

Cons:

La limpieza de la ducha del baño no era muy buena, tenía muchos moho.
la cama al ser dos camas juntas no era muy cómoda porque se formaba un cototo al medio de la cama que era incómodo.

Cons:

La cama, se supone que era una cama king y en realidad eran dos camas de plaza y media unidas. El btaza del baño estaba suelto, no funcionaba la lampara del velador, pieza muy oscura con una pequeña ventana.
