尚可，缺乏維護房內設備
Pros:

在MRT樂拋站出口走約3分鐘就到，地理位置是不錯，但缺乏打掃及維護房內設備，電燈不亮，水龍頭漏水，床板下陷，衣櫃門板整個是歪的，屋內地板灰塵很厚，其實如果再加強打掃跟環境維護的話，這間的房價真的不錯，而且可以寄放行李。

Pros:

Gut für ein bis zwei Nächte geeignet, es ist halt ein günstiges Hotel. Die nächste UBahn ist nicht weit weg und auch ein Einkaufszentrum ist in der nähe. Hotelteam hat auch ein Taxi für meinen Abflugtag in der früh bestellt und mich angerufen als es da war.

Renovated room in Thai style apartment building
Pros:

To get to the hotel from the Lat Phrao MRT station you have to walk down some narrow streets, with cars and motorbikes trying to get around you. Didn't enjoy this part of the journey every time I went back to my room.
There is a 7-11 near the MRT entrance which is handy but the options to get something to eat is limited unless you want to walk a few kms up the road.
The satellite TV had no English stations even after doing an auto retune on the tv. I tried to download some torrents to watch on the new tv but the wifi in the building blocked the ability to do that!
The reception isn't what you expect of a reception, and all you dealings with the reception lady is done thru a 30cm * 30cm window with a dog growling at you. There is no 'counter' per se like a hotel would have.

Very average to poor hotel , was ok for area I needed in BKK but would not stay there again if had other choice
