The view and the balcony itself are wonderful. Also the room ans the bathroom are good. I also liked breakfast
During my stay of 3 days I encountered a big problem: the family/friends of the staff stayed in a room near us and.. They made noise (real noise) until 1am for the first two days. This is not acceptable, in no way for an hotel. I could have also given to you a 10, but this problem was really big. You really need to understand that you can't do this, even if you live in the hotel. The walls are really thin so you hear everything also from ground floor and we simply couldn't sleep even with earplugs. We were really tired the next days.
Also for breakfast, please ask about vegetables, maybe we prefer some butter and jam

Actually I liked everything but I also think their will be available A packet of shoup and tooth brush and paste but I didn't get that but no problem it was just a small thing otherwise everything thing was great and worth it.....
The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Although small, it had windows all around and stayed pleasantly cool, even in June. We never felt hot and it was very quiet at night. We also enjoyed the balcony seating area and the peaceful location. This part of Lakeside felt more local and authentic, with plenty of great eateries nearby. The included breakfast was tasty, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
The rooms are on the smaller side, and English was somewhat limited among the staff, which occasionally made communication difficult. The internet was also a bit slow and unreliable at times, though it worked well enough for basic use.

Из приятного, приносили в номер.
Мы запросили номер заранее с видом хорошим, нам дали номер с видом кирпичную стену. Мы попросили переселить нас. Нас переселили на следующий день, точно в такой же номер одним этажом выше, где так же был вид на кирпичную стену!
Hotel boss was very helpful in getting us female guides and attentive to our needs as family with teenagers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I would say they should work on there water heating as my parents got the hot water but I got Luke warm water for shower for both days.
