Pros:

Helpful staff. Good location, readily accessible to transportation. A bookcase in a corner by the stairway is thoughtful for those who might have difficulty climbing stairs. It's like a little surprise after a challenging climb 😊

Cons:

There's no elevator which is understandable given the building's age. However, the staff were very helpful. They readily offered to bring my heavy luggage upstairs.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast and the staff were great. Ear plugs were appreciated.

Cons:

The bathroom grout was dirty and door stop was broken. Carpet on stairs was smelly. Just looked run down.
