Pros:

Great location with convenient metro access and an easy walk to many key attractions. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Richard, in particular, was wonderfully kind and resourceful. The thoughtfully curated art pieces add a unique charm to the space.

Cons:

My room was located next to the road, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. I also experienced sound from adjacent rooms, particularly during cleaning hours. The hotel did provide earplugs, which helped mitigate the noise, and I appreciated that thoughtful gesture.

Absolutely stellar experience and I will come back.
Pros:

I loved staying here. The location was incredible, located right by the Sherbrooke Métro. The staff treated us to hot chocolate. The room was really incredible and the bubble bath was the right ticket!

Cons:

Though there were lovely local bar soaps provided next to the bathtub, the liquid soap and shampoo weren't up to the same level and we decided to use our own in the shower.

Un beau séjour abordable tout près du quartier des spectacles.
Pros:

La chambre était impeccable, peut-être un peu trop près de l'entrée cependant. Beau look, confortable. Le cachet était là. Excellent service de la part des hôtes. Très propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour l'emplacement !

Cons:

L'emplacement de la chambre, collée sur la réception, c'était moins plaisant pour l'intimité. La douche semblait légèrement tachée de moissisure, mais après vérifications, c'était correct.

grand lit et très grande chambre ...
parking gratuit ce qui est rare dans Montréal, c'est un vrai plus surtout que l'on se trouve à 2 pas du centre ville ;-)

Cons:

juste un petit soucis avec les toilettes mais s'agissant d'un bâtiment historique cela arrive mais rien de très grave ... l'accueil et la qualité de la chambre compense sans problème, je reviendrai ;-)

Great location, helpful staff, and a beautiful building with so much character!
Pros:

Excellent location. Wonderful staff—very helpful. The hotel also has so much character! And the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Although we were very comfortable otherwise, the shower in our room was cramped and just ok for water pressure. The breakfast was also just ok; it lacked selection but it did the trick and the coffee was good.
