Quiet, Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I hade a great stay with my girlfriend and puppy, would recommend

Cons:

Wished there was a microwave available in the room, just coffee maker and fridge but not a big issue

Great staff, very clean and comfortable, good food

Cons:

Rooms not very soundproof and I wish there was a place to hang wet coats near the door. It was VERY wet when we were there and the place to hang wet outerwear dripped all over the 2nd place to sit.

Acceptable stay, some things could be improved
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, quiet at night, nice shower with good water pressure.

The pub downstairs is also great for a drink and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

The heating system is incredibly noisy; we had to turn it off at night despite the cold weather. I had read about this in other comments, it seems they haven't made the necessary arrangements yet.

When we arrived, there was a very strong smell in the room, I think it was dog smell.. We were too tired to ask for a room change. I understand it's a pet-friendly establishment, but they should disinfect and clean more thoroughly.

The cleaning staff made the bed, but left the pajamas lying on the floor (which were on the bed before)... that was just rude.

Pros:

The fact the rooms were exactly as shown with the native pride was absolutely perfect..I am not aboriginal but love the artwork..And the fact they really show it is fantastic.

Cons:

The pub well ...Was there for superbowl...speaker system not working...Some one had to stream from phone to a speaker...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE..yes better than nothing ...The food..well ...HORRIBLE...service well it was lacking but that cant be blamed on 1 person pubs get busy I get it ...

For the price, I would have expected better staff resourcing and having a clean room daily.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. This included the meal staff as well as the front counter staff.

Cons:

The hotel seemed to be woefully understaffed. The room was not cleaned daily, or towels refreshed due to insufficient resources. Also, the meal staff were overworked due to having insufficient coverage.
